DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT BUSINESS A few weeks ago we moved and during the transit of our furniture the moving van was in an accident and severely damaged our $2k couch we've had for only a year. The owner and the customer service team have been rude, unresponsive and ultimately decided that our couch was only worth $257. We have yet to receive that amount.

There's never a sureshot way to tell how the moving service will be, specifically for your move, regardless of all the 5-star ratings. I was quite nervous as I wanted it to be smooth and least disturbing to our 2 little kids. Going through several quotes (many cheaper than Arnoni) and interactions from other moving companies, reading their reviews, I was worried if the "minimum XX hrs" really meant anything and about escalating costs for going beyond the minimum.

I cannot say enough good things! Firstly - my move was an emergency relocation…I needed to respond quickly and was overwhelmed with the idea of having to do this all by myself. I began a search for a mover (not expecting to find someone I could trust on such short notice). Arnoni popped up in multiple searches with very positive reviews.

FYI, this is the same review I have on Yelp! My family and I had last minute, long-distance (1.5 hrs) moving issues at night and had to find movers ASAP. I contacted Airan through text and he responded right away. They were able to fit me in the next morning, so pre-moving was already a great start! As for the actual move, it was better than I expected. Airan and his partner were very friendly and worked very quickly. They also wore masks the whole time, so they were very much following COVID procedures.
