The movers got the job done, but the overall experience could have been much better. They arrived late and didn’t communicate until I reached out about 30 minutes after our scheduled time. Once they did show up, they mentioned needing to take a prayer break and told me it would be taken off my time, which I was completely fine with but it was never actually removed from the bill. I was also charged for a 3-man crew even though only two movers were actively working.

From the initial communication to the final box unloaded, the team was incredibly professional and efficient. They arrived on time, carefully wrapped all of my belongings to ensure nothing was damaged during the move, and navigated the stairs with impressive speed and care.
