In their own words
It was difficult during the pack and move to communicate with non-English speaking crew. During pack day, all 3 ladies spent significant time on their phones and took lunch but charged me for a full day as if no breaks had been taken. On move day, that crew also spent time on their phones. Because several of the packers did not speak English many boxes are not labeled in a fashion that allows you determine contents before opening. The move was more expensive because items were packed they were told not to pack.

I would rate this company 0 stars if given the option. I had numerous issues with them throughout the entire move process: 1. The day before the move, my rep told me a different crew had been assigned to my move. I expressed concern about their packing experience, and she assured me they would do a great job. 2. I packed 70% of my belongings.

I gave one star because the movers were very kind. I was first told that I will be charged for the total amount of time the movers take to finish the job and that there was no hiding fees. The movers finished in 4 hours, including the travel time which was only 5 minutes. At the end of the service I was asked to pay for 5 hours, at 180$ rate. They said they charge a standard fee of one hour for the travel even if the travel time was already included in the 4 hours.

They arrived the time they said they would. After a brief walk of the place they had us sign the paper for 8:30am. After that they decided to move the truck. By the time any of our stuff was touched it had already been 20 mins. The first 30-45 mins they were definitely taking their time. Once things started moving into the truck it picked up but definitely not at the pace we expected. We ended up having them leave quite a few things as it was taking to long.

Used them back in August for our move. Was a repeat customer, but never again. Broke the screen on our new TV, and only reimbursed us for a small portion of the replacement cost. They not only lost out on a repeat customer and any future business, but they also guaranteed that we will never be recommending them to any of our friends in the future. This is what happens when you choose a few hundred dollars over repeat customers.

Best movers I have experienced and this is my 10th!!! My Salesperson Stephen was excellent. Easy to talk to and explained costs and the process. The ARC Crew of Omar, Ullses, Jose R, Miguel and Axel were fantastic!! They were on time, professional, efficient, & knowledgeable. They worked non-stop to pack, load, and unload. The team of three showed up on time ready to go. They were very efficient in their packing of the truck so there was no wasted space. Our items were placed were I wanted them and nothing was damaged.
