I have used Royal Movers for the second time. First time I used them, I was so impressed with their professionalism. Although they broke my lumps and forgot some items in my home, they were very professional. They helped me mount my tv’s, put my bed together and I was very happy with the service. Which is why two years later when I moved again I called them. I asked if they will mount my tv’s and put the bed together I was told yes and quoted $630 for four hours.

Horrible company! I had an easy move; the contents of 1 storage unit and 1 bedroom. Entire truck was to be offloaded to another storage unit. I guess the job progressed faster than the guys wanted because when they were left with unloading the truck I was approached by the job supervisor who attempted to extort an additional $1,000 from the agreed upon estimate of $250 an hour (the estimated time was 9 hours but the actual was far less than that).
