Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since Mighty Movers packed up my home and moved my belonging to FL. I got my stuff after midnight (which I agreed to) because of a mechanical issue with the truck. Some of my belongings were damaged, and there are some missing boxes. Cliff has not spoken to me since I let him know I will be filing a claim the day my belongings arrived. I have emailed and called several times, and there has been no real response besides Abby repeatedly saying she doesn't know what to tell me.
🚨🚨🚨PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company I could write a entire novel about how unprofessional the owner was his name is Cliff I would never recommend this company to anyone. To keep a long story short the workers were good at packing . We used this company to help my mom move from state to state the owner once again his name is Cliff seems very sketchy / Sneaky do NOT allow him in your house by any means!!!!🚨🚨🚨 Broken tvs ,after return back to my mom's storage .

I was unhappy with my interactions with Mighty Movers. I recently moved out of a one bedroom and the cost came close to $1k. I didn’t have a whole lot of things. The movers kept pushing the time back several times on the moving day. Also, …
I had a very disappointing experience with Mighty Movers of Lynchburg. The movers handled my belongings very carelessly, and some of my very expensive items were broken and damaged due to the way furniture and boxes were stacked on top of them. Items were placed and piled without proper care, which caused significant damage. I also believe I was overcharged for the service provided and feel I was not charged fairly for what was done.

I used Mighty Movers to move into my first owned home and it was a huge mistake! We discussed potentially having them pack ahead of time, but I decided to pack myself. I was told that they'd have materials on the truck just in case I needed their services. On the day of the move, I was behind on packing and willing to pay Mighty Movers to finish the job, but they didn't bring any boxes, forcing me to continue packing while the movers worked.
I made a huge mistake using them for my move. I originally chose them because according to their website they had an A Plus rating with the BBB and also had high marks with Yelp and Angi. This was very important to me when hiring a mover. I was told that the move would be 700.00 for two guys and a 16 Ft. truck. Well the two guys that came were VERY slow and complained about how much stuff they had to move, got lost going to my storage facility adding an additional 35 minutes to the time.
I utilized Mighty Movers from Sept of 2020-Nov of 2023 to store items from my deceased mother's home. In July of 2023, I added a few additional personal items to my storage for keeping until the delivery on 11/10/23. I was subsequently …

They handled my antique furniture with incredible care, using high-quality padding and straps to ensure nothing got damaged during the load and unload. Luis, Sebastian, Rolando and Sergio are an excellent crew. They work like clockwork.

This is the greatest moving company in Virginia by far! Scheduling pick up time and all the logistics was a breeze, Abi coordinated all the process without issues, the pick up day, 4 guys showed up in a 26 foot truck ready to load everything up , the stuff I was moving was 24 MDF modules each one between 150 to 200 pounds, these guys didn’t stop until they got everything in the truck, all of them very understanding and following instructions.
Thank you for such an incredible review! We’re so happy to hear that the team made the whole process seamless for you. It’s great to know that our crew was able to handle the heavy load with efficiency and care, and that everything went … More
Mighty Movers were amazing! I called them on the Saturday prior to the Tuesday we needed a few items moved from a condo to an assisted living facility on Tuesday (both in Reston). They were SUPER courteous, detailed and professional. They called to confirm on Monday morning and the whole process was amazing! THANK YOU for helping to make a stressful situation less stressful.
