DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR INEXPERIENCED, OVERPRICED MOVERS. WILL NEVER HIRE BARRY’S BEST MOVERS AGAIN I base my opinion on having moved all over the country over 36 times. I’ll only mention most, not all, of the shortcomings. The movers were incompetent and came unprepared with the requisite tools. Chris Barry sent me 2 movers who came without shoe covers or stepladder or furniture sliders—I provided them all. Owner, Mr. Chris Barry, wanted $620.00 for a 4-hour minimum and 2 men.

Worst company ever. where to begin. I confirmed my move twice. Once a few days before and once yesterday. I tried to call them at 8am (my window was 8-10) and their phones wouldn't let my number call. I actually called 15+ times. After two hours I was able to get through on my work phone. After an hour of round and round the owner TEXTED me (three hours after our move time) saying he wasn't coming at all. Great. Then when I said I expect a complimentary move he laughed at me for a while.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. My family and I are beyond disappointed in our experience. We hired this company to move a very small one bedroom apartment. This should be very simple and not their first rodeo. During our initial call with them we explained that we wanted everything in the apartment moved and for them to pack up the kitchen for us.

I used Barry’s best movers to schedule a last minute interstate piano move. They were the best priced out of all my quotes , affordable and efficient. On the day of the move they communicated effectively and handled my piano with care. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable moving company!
Took the day off and they had me scheduled for an 11:00 AM on site assembly. They were running late the texted me this and put my appointment with them back to 12PM. Fair enough; at the time of me writing this review it's 5PM, 6 hours past the original appointment time and 5 hours after the reschedule. Edit: Showed up and hour after my review went live. The dude that came was funny and did his best with the nonsense that was the directions to put my desk together.

This is the second time using Barry's Best and I'll never use anyone else. I tried another mover who was closer hoping to save money. The other guys cost more and weren't nearly as professional or careful with my goods. I can't recommend Chris and his team highly enough. You won't regret choosing them.
