Damaged a screen door on the old house, didn't tell us, did such a bad job on the sneaky repair that it looks worse and has to be replaced. Gave them a chance to make it right (I would have accepted HALF the cost of the new $88 door!) and …
Tldr: movers were prompt, well equipped, and hustled, but they did not seem to take much care unloading at the new place or reassembling furniture. Pros: Prompt arrival - the movers arrived right on time and started loading up right away. Well equipped - they arrived with floor protectors, lots of extra tape, and plastic wrap and had more than enough supplies for everything. Lots of hustle - all 4 movers and the boss were quick, going room by room to get everything loaded up.
Absolutely deplorable non professional argumentative , behavior unbecoming of a so called professional mover , I would not have this shabby company move my dog house across the street . 1 star is actually giving more than they deserve!!!!!

In their own words
This is the second time I've used Prince Movers. From the first communication to the last box/piece of furniture these folks were fantastic. Scheduling was a breeze and Karey was able to tell me exactly how many movers worked on my move last time so I knew where to start from. Carlos and his team showed up perfectly on time on the day of our move. Everything was wrapped with care, taken out of the old place with absolutely NO DAMAGE to the walls and then carried up 3-4 flights of stairs to our new place.
I had a wonderful experience with Prince Movers during my recent apartment move. The team was professional, efficient, and took great care with my belongings throughout both the packing and unpacking process. They handled everything thoughtfully, which gave me peace of mind on what could have been a stressful day. They also disassembled and reassembled my furniture quickly and carefully, making the move incredibly seamless.
OUTSTANDING move experience!! Definitely recommend Prince movers! We moved items from a large house from NOVA to Wilmington NC in 2 days. Ismael was our crew lead and he’s incredible! Has a memory like you wouldn’t believe regarding locations of moving from and to .. assembling difficult entertainment centers etc.! He really managed the crew and identified early that we needed additional help and another truck.
Prince Movers were exceptional and I highly recommend them to everyone needing a move! They were quick, efficient, and highly organized and it made moving feel like a breeze. Ivan, Oscar V., and Elder were all incredibly nice and worked their butts off to make sure the move went great. I hope I don’t have to move for a while, but when I do, I would call Prince Movers first!!
