I came to True Mover seeking a quote, but I was actually trying to book with a different moving company that a neighbor referred me to. Instead of just providing their price, the person here aggressively persuaded me to book with them instead, which felt pretty desperate and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I mentioned the other reputable company (located on the same road), he started bad-mouthing them. I didn't appreciate that kind of unprofessional talk about a competitor.

They've moved me several months ago and the set up process was smooth, thanks to Chris. However, one helper seemed very very intoxicated when they arrived at 8:30 a.m. Athough nothing got damaged, the anticipation that something wouldve drove me crazy all day! Lastly, I felt pressured when settling the bill with the lead guy on the job Bone or Bonay. It felt like I had no other option but to give a tip 20% of my final bill. It felt like my 10 year old son begging for new legos.

I can’t recommend TrueMovers enough! Bone, Will, Miguel, and Mauricio were absolutely incredible during our move from Ashburn to Leesburg. They were professional, efficient, and handled all of our belongings with such care, it truly felt like they treated everything as if it were their own. What could have been a very stressful experience turned out to be smooth and easy thanks to their hard work and positive attitude.
