They lost a box marked “Sue’s stuff”, they lost a box marked “office”, they lost a box with everything in our bathroom, they lost a box with ALL of my daughters belongings, and they lost an XL twin bed mattress. Those are the boxes that I know that r they lost or STOLE.
This is not actually Kevin. This is Sue, from the review directly below this, who hacked her husband's email. Kevin is a great guy. Sue kinda went off the rails here. Kevin, I hope you can see this response and change your email password. Hope all is well.
The movers that helped me were great, loading my stuff effectively and completing the move professionally and efficiently. Great bunch of guys! The office on the other hand, tried to double charge for the move. Paid the day after by credit card, billed and charged a month later for the same service. Contacted Smooth Movers office and made them aware of the mistake,. Was told they'd look into it, but absolutely no response or feedback.
I paid the company $18K to move my belongings from Laramie,WY, to Tampa,Fl. We were guaranteed our own truck - door to door. At the last minute they said that they need to make two stops in Texas. Now they guaranteed that the truck would arrive a few days later, but it was a larger truck and there was room for more of belongings. The truck arrived in the Tampa area on the original date without many very important boxes, furniture, and one mattress. I no longer have many very important boxes. I am REALLY SAD!!!!!!!!

Blocked to pumps at the TA in Fort Bridger for a good 20 minutes, if you're done fueling and going in to eat you need to move your truck to a truck spot. Highly irritating.

Our move was efficient and flawless. Joshua, Nes and Randon did a great job of packing up our furniture quickly and carefully so that it arrived without any damage. Joshua kept in communication throughout the moving process, arrived on time and had us unloaded and all furniture reassembled in no time. The whole team was friendly and professional.
Really had a great experience with this company. Always answered the phone. Showed up on time. Done in a timely manner. Honest company, reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

I am so grateful we booked Smooth Movers. The guys were absolutely fantastic, efficient, and kept all of our belongings safe. They were funny and kind and were so dang careful with every piece of furniture they moved. They were also in and out in almost the exact time frame that they estimated, even though we through them a few curveballs! True professionals, even during a heat wave. Highly recommend
They were easy to discuss the plans and make arrangements. The estimated and the final price were very close with no surprises. The loading crew was fast, friendly and well organized. They were the same the next day unloading. The crew were great. The items were well packed and so far there is not damage -We have have many boxes to go.
