Went to the office to finalize my unit move in and it was closed even though the hrs pasted on the door says they are open. So went the next morning after the open time posted and once again it was not open. Called multiple times and no answer. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
Worst Service Ever! Matthew the manager claims to be the owner. Signed a lease and he called and said I could not move in on the day of the lease. Told me "We are not going to deal with this." Matthew, your corporate office has been contacted

Code didn't work was un able to move in. Weather coming in with a borrowed vehicle and no where to unload. I had called before the office closed and cant leave a message. Called back same thing

They don’t keep the price quoted. Always have a reason to jack up the price .And the mice will tear up your things would never rent from this place.

The facility is well kept and clean, and I feel that my belongings are extremely secure because of their gate system that has set hours and individual codes. The biggest reason I would recommend New Frontier, though, is because of Scottie. He was SO incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. Scottie went above and beyond during a really stressful time for me and I can't thank him enough! Top notch customer service like that really makes a difference when there are many such storage facilities to choose from.

Scotty is wonderful!!! We have been with this storage unit since 2014 and let me say this individual has been one of the best to work with. Scotty went above and beyond to get our rate looked at and our gate code changed. He had a great attitude and smile the whole time. We really appreciated it! Thank you, Scotty!
Management staff Dianna was such a Big help. I needed multiple units. She was able to get me 2 units right next to each other which is a such a nice convince to have them next each other.
