I would not recommend this place to anybody! I went in to see about renting a unit and the guy who was working was absolutely rude. After having him talk to me like I was an idiot and giving me no real information, I was told to rent it online. Even though I knew I this probably isn't someone I want to deal with I chose to go ahead and proceed to get a unit online because it's close to my house and I figured I wouldn't be dealing with the office anyway.

This review is not about the storage units themselves, but about my experience renting a U-Haul trailer through this location. I rent U-Haul trailers several times a year and have never had an experience like this. After I completed the rental, the employee asked if I could hook the trailer up myself. I was honestly shocked by the question, but told her I would appreciate some help.

When it was Bison it was good then this corporation took over I got charged fir insurance 12 dollars added to my payment then I have paid over the phone with no problems then today they added 5 dollar fee for payment which I have never been charged before so it seems like this place loves to add charges.

Ever since the company switched over to clear home the service is terrible. They added a protection plan to my shed without even asking if I wanted it. I have sent my insurance card to them 3 times they have proceeded to cut my lock and put a lein on my shed. They are horrible.

I purchased the protection plan, my unit was broken into. Latch and lock completely ripped off. I had to make multiple calls over a week to finally speak with someone at the facility. Nothing has been resolved. I am still paying the rent and have no access to the unit.
We are very sorry to hear about the break-in at your storage unit and the experience you've had trying to get this resolved. This is absolutely not the level of service or security we want our customers to experience at ClearHome Self Storage.
Our unit was broken into and most of anything of value was taken. Tools, toolboxes, our home safe, vacuums…. And management didn’t seem to give a rats ass..

Oh my goodness. I could never have made this move from NM to WY without Brenda. She was always available with my calls, texts and emails. The storage units are clean. They have a secure coded entry gate for security. Working with customer service has made the transition so smoothly. Thank you Brenda and Clear Home storage. Top notch.
