In their own words
They trick you with a “move in special price”. Half off for 2 or 3 months, depending on the time of year. Then, after you rent goes to regular amount for a month or two, they raise it. Then, after two or three months of that, guess what? They raise it again. Then when you try to. Get another unit to get out of the ridiculously obscene new price they settle you into, they do the same thing. This is with all size units. This is with indoor and outdoor units.
My family and I have been renting with KO, going on 8 months. Terri is amazing, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and I like that she does not put things off, issues or questions she is prompt to get back to you. On the other hand, I see all of these 5stars because of Terri the Mgr. when really I want to rate the company. as of next month (March 2022), not only did our rent go up $6 for no reason, we needed renters Ins., what for, incase our furniture starts a fire!

Poor Customer Service. Notes on account are not accurate. Storage Manager does not have information as when you call customer service. Information was not accurate. Still had a week before move out and there were not helpful. Took multiple emails back and forth to ensure account. Took longer than a hour to get someone to open gate since they would not provide code for gate access.

The worst storage facility I've ever dealt with. 2 weeks have gone by and they have yet to remove their lock so I can access my unit. I've called everyday and there is always some excuse. Horrible customer service.
