We have used this storage company for several years but recently chose to move our belongings out. When we requested to downsize to a smaller, cheaper unit, we were told the smallest available was a 10 x 10, saving us only $37 per month. I'm aware they have 5 x 10 units for much less than the $137 we were paying. This isn't the first issue we've faced. Previously, they changed our locks without notification, and when we reported it, they couldn't find the keys.

I rented a storage unit here for approximately two and a half years. The staff has consistently been kind, courteous, and professional, and I have no complaints regarding customer service. When I first rented my 10×20 unit, the facility was still operating as Fox Farm Storage, and my monthly rate was $156. After the first year, my rate increased to $167. In December 2025, it increased again to $177 per month.

This appears to have been purchased by an out of state franchise called ClearHome Storage. They have locations all over the country and just for fun I called a couple others and got similar results. The number on the sign is disconnected. The number on the website says Yellowstone National Park when you call. After being on hold for quite awhile, a person with broken English is telling you just what you can see on the website. They have never been to the location and have no idea what is really there...

This place sucks! They have on site managers ,that do not care about customers or their job .my storage unit was broke into and not only completely ran sacked and what wasnt stolen was destroyed . Millions of people rent storage units to store their valuables etc. Paying 100 + monthly($1,200.00 per year) to keep it locked up safely,they should be able ro trust companies to secure their belongings .Just another example of how people dont think of what if it was their stuff that got stolen

By far the absolute worst storage unit in Cheyenne wy. The new “property manager” is the absolute worst and money hungry. Wouldn’t suggest renting here. They will charge you the following month after you tell them you are moving out. Very disappointed.

If you want to rent with clear home - don't. The property manager (Sonia) is awful. Think of the rudest person you've ever met and times that by 10. Until they get a professional property manager, look somewhere else

These owners need to go back to Colorado if they keep raising the rates to meet Colorado prices. Cheyenne doesnt make Colorado money, no where close. An they r strangling those w limited funds who need the units.

The grounds are kept quite clean and well-maintained. The units are also in near-perfect condition and the security has never faltered or been unsuccessful in detecting an attempted burglar. The manager and staff are wonderfully helpful, as well. I have always been treated with respect and greeted with smiles— even on the couple of occasions in which I’ve become unassumingly financially devastated in life, Clear Home has maintained a great working relationship with me.
