Lack of consideration and cautiousness. They’re just doing things to get them done, not caring about what happens to the items. My bed frame, shoe stand, and entertainment center all got scratched up due to their carelessness. And it was raining that day and they left my items out in the rain. One of them sat in the truck the whole time while the other did all the work by himself. They also taped packaging directly to items, so taking the tape off would ruin them. Would recommend using a different company.

Art of Living made my move easy and painless—I absolutely recommend for any moving job! They were responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. When they came to pack and move me, they were on time, fast, and very professional. They handled all of my belongings with care, and nothing was damaged during the move. They got my large furniture out of my 3rd-floor walkup and into my 4th floor walkup without a scratch on the furniture or the walls.
The Art of Living Moving company is one of the best moving companies I ever dealt with while living on NYC for the past 28 years! As us New Yorkers know, we will move several times while living and working in New York City and the Art of Living Moving company will help you make your moving experience a great one. Initially I spoke with Misha about availability and pricing to move our office/showroom to a new location. He was always nice, cordial and professional.

Choosing a mover was hard, but we are so glad we went with Art of Living! They are a newly formed company but my initial conversation with Marko about why he formed the company eased my concerns about the small sample (of excellent) reviews. He and the two movers were exemplary. They showed up punctually, took great care of all of our items and didn't complain at all about our third floor walk up.

I had to do a move from Philly to NYC and did a super thorough search of different moving companies. I found a lot of moving companies that looked good initially with an average of 4.9 or 4.8 but at a deeper look weren’t registered as a moving company, broke stuff, coerced people into tipping more were drunk on the job etc. then I found Art of Living with only five star reviews and some of the best pricing I found! They did a full service move for me. They arrived Friday at 7:45am and finished by 2:30pm.
