ASAP Movers was scheduled to deliver a coffee table from Wayfair. I received the text for the day and timeframe. The text stated I would receive a call beforehand. Never received a call or text. Open front door, items are in two boxes...one of the boxes was the glass shelving completely shattered into a million pieces. Like the box was BULGING...and you could hear the glass. I expect that's why I didn't get a text. They knew it was wrecked and did a drop and dash.
Unprofessional company, Worst movers I’ve ever experienced… They let my brand new couches drop from the truck multiple times while undloading. If you don’t want your furniture slammed do yourself a favor & use someone else.
We had used this company a couple of times before, so we expected this move to be just as smooth. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. The crew started out wrapping our belongings but then stopped and began loading everything without the same level of care. We had specifically asked that some items be taken to our storage unit, but instead they tried to fit everything into our garage. They also left behind several items in the house that I had clearly asked them to move.
I guess my ex wife talked to these guys before they showed up to my house because both of them had poor attitudes the entire time they were at my home. They removed my refrigerator and left a huge mess when they disconnected the water line. I asked if they were going to clean up the mess they made and one of the movers said yes. Needless to say it did not get done because I cleaned up the mess.
Not at all happy with the movers. It took 8 hours to move into a 300square feet space. The unload was not done as i requested, at all even though it was clear how i wanted it done. The next day i had to hire people to move everything outside and start over!
My item came in and sat at a near by location for over 16 days. I was due to have company from out of town 8-10 plenty of time to receive it since it was ordered August 23rd. When I called the company I ordered it from they said I should of …

I was treated poorly by movers that showed up to do a White Glove Costco bedroom set delivery. They didn’t want to assemble it. That way they can do more moves in a day and make more money. They didn’t have the tools they needed. I had to …

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with ASAP Movers! Patrick and Sal were absolutely fantastic. They called to let me know they were running a little behind from their previous job, which I really appreciated. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and worked quickly while taking great care with my furniture. They made what could have been a stressful move feel easy. They were also very knowledgeable, answered my questions, and were just genuinely nice guys to work with.
Got a couch moved in from Costco by ASAP Movers, my movers (Jesus and Kenny ) we're very professional and very helpful in navigating how we're going to place the couch in my living room which had to be put a certain way. I wouldn't have known how to do it without their help. They're very polite and respectful and answering all our questions and did a great job moving the couch and putting it together in the right place.
