Overcharged. Basically charged the max amount even though the two (rather small) trucks were 2/3-3/4 full. Had hired because he was giving a flat rate and there was some demo involved, all easily pulled apart but $1450 was way too much for the work put in (under 2 hours). Definitely was not expecting to pay the highest end of the range quoted. Even after I pointed out that the trucks were far from full, Alexander would not budge. Guy thinks he can sweet talk me by paying complements on the house.

This local junk removal company is awesome! I called a couple of other local junk removal and haul off companies but they were either super expensive or couldn't get to my request at the time I needed. I had a unique project so I didn't have a lot of flexibility for pick up. They worked with me on the schedule which i'm so very thankful for. I called on Monday and they came on Tuesday.

We finished an estate sale and needed to have the rest of the house cleared out. They were Great! They cleared out everything including a huge king bed, washer, dryer, propane tanks. It did take 3 loads so be prepared but they removed everything from the home.
