The facility appears nice however everything in our unit was covered in dirt, not dust, full thick layers of dirt so they obviously are not sealed well at all and their maintenance team most be just blowing the drive space directly at the units. Then our unit and several others were broken into, our lock was cut off and several items were stolen, there was no attempt from the management to make it up to us, I know they aren't required to, but as a sign of effort on their end, such as a partial break in that months…

Please read all reviews about betteravia self storage first . Very unprofessional business. They advertise a low monthly cost . Then they will double your rent within a few months . BEWARE . Low prices are a scam

Be aware the oh so pleasant snakes in the grass here In truth they are thieves liars who will scam you charge yiu multiple ways and have fabulous tricks to charge you an extra month after you notify them and move out They eill have many excuses as other ex tenants can tell you It looks clean it’s nit No mice control ruined all my couches and fine antique upholstered items Ruined mire expensive furniture by leaky pipe fitting up inside And yet as I showed them multiple times the locations of rusty fittings and my…

I called the number specifically looking to book a unit in Moorpark, and I went through the entire process and the person ended up booking my storage unit for Santa Maria. Fortunately for me, I discovered this two days before my move so I was able to find another unit for $120 more a month! In my research I saw units for much cheaper, but it was so close to my move I didn’t have any opportunity to shop around.

Was a great storage facility, only had my unit for 7 months. During the 7 months I'd hardly stop by but I felt my things were secure. I would pay for a few months at a time. The front office was extremely helpful in the beginning when my code wasn't working and the few times I'd run into them. Unfortunately I was falsely accused of partaking in an event that took place. Very unclear video of their surveillance was recorded and the employees all made deragatory statements about me.

Nice facility but extremely overpriced for its location..there are cheaper options in town. our unit rent goes up what seems like monthly. They have a lot of empty units…rates are way too high. We just emptied ours and are going elsewhere. units dont seal well, everything got really filthy. Adjacent unit also was encroaching on ours.

I would give this place no stars if that was possible first of all I had a ten-by-ten locker that was not 10 by 10 of storage space . 10 ft when measured is at the end of concrete and when you have to shut the roll up door your total …

This place is awesome, why you ask? 1st I went to the wrong storage business on Betteravia just down the street, and there was no one in the office, however there was a number to call so I did. Just answering the phone was apparently a big task, he wouldn't let me say a word and finally he told me I'M WITH A CUSTOMER!! First of all he had no idea why I was even there, obviously that's not the way you talk to customers, and told him he sure lost me as a customer.

I’ve been a customer since the facility first opened. Service has always been great! Even when I decided to vacate on short notice the office facilitated signatures on paperwork and inspected the unit to clear me by end of month. Thank you
