DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE! Got our 65” TV stolen after paying them $160 every month!!! Good thing they left some of our stuff. Found out today that our lock was cut. No refund will be given and will have to file a police report and only then they can file a claim from the insurance. After reading all the comments about the stuff being stolen, I can’t help but think if this is all an inside job!!!

Be extremely cautious. This storage unit is NOT secure. Zero camera security inside. Zero security outside. You may be made to believe they have cameras monitoring, they do not. Had my storage unit broken into and timely theft occurred. Word of advice. Either double lock or look for a different storage location. According to the Santa Maria police department, this is a common occurrence at this particular location. Be careful.

We moved out today, March 1, 2026 due to an ongoing rat issue that lasted several weeks. To be fair, management is actively conducting pest control efforts. However, despite notifying them and specifically requesting traps be placed inside our unit, it was never done. We even left our key on file to ensure they had access, but the request was not followed through. After weeks of dealing with the issue and not seeing meaningful resolution inside our unit, we no longer felt comfortable keeping our belongings there.

Horrible location worse owners. You're gonna pay 100$ to have your stuff stolen and you won't be notified when it happens. When you bring it up they will tell you tough luck, file a report nothing they can do. And nothing they will do as they proceed to raise the prices and take more of your money for the next month. The cops know this is a hot spot for theft. It doesn't help that they rent out to homeless people to sleep here. Don't believe me ask the officers when you file your report.

Horrible!! DO NOT STORAGE HERE!!! The Police Department is investigating our robbery and multiple other robberies that have been going on undetected here… the lock and storage door were not damage and we bought our lock at their own store so I’m left to assume many theories…

If you want your belongings stolen and for no one to care, this is the place for you! We've been burglarized twice in 5 years, in 2 different units. This most recent one there was a string of burglaries. Did they bother to tell the tenants? …

Went to my storage unit on September 9th only to find out that someone had gone through the facility cutting off locks and breaking in to the units. Mine unfortunately was one of them and they failed to give any notification to us. …

Our storage unit was broken into 2 weeks ago ransacked a lot of stuff stolen. Filed complaint and police report but nothing done. Went back today and it was broken into again and ransacked. There is no real security.
