Worst possible move experience ever. This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating, They took an extra 2 week's to get our property to us and we had to stay in a hotel for that time paying more rent wondering if we were ever going to get our belongings. They sent gangster hoodlums to move all of our belongings into our new home, they dented and scratched most of our furniture. they lost pieces of the furniture so it could not be reassembled properly.
William, this is the first time we are hearing about these issues which seem false , we have the claim that you did file for a TV. We verified that everything was complete. Although you did not have full coverage in good faith we sent a check for the TV that was claimed beyond the delivery date.
If you want to have your property in a TIMELY manner, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It took more than SIX weeks for us to get our things delivered and FOUR months for my daughter and her family to receive theirs. Lyn will quote you one price, but on the day of the move charge you way more than quoted. Extremely unprofessional to their customers and their employees. Everything that was said was a lie and no responsibility was taken for any of it. HUUUUGE FAIL!!
This is not true. We had a contract with the customers husband. Number one The original contract stated that as agreed these customers would have everything packed, than we agreed to pack the garage which was nothing but trash than the movers started saying NOTHING was packed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Showed up late with not enough people. Had "employees" that were from a craigslist ad. Ended up taking till 3 am to pack my stuff. I can't even explain how badly it was packed. Shipment arrived 2 weeks late and most of my goods were damaged. Only had 1 person available to unload shipment so I had to help. A very dishonest, unprofessional company.
Do Not use this company! They tried to charge me a fee they did not quote me. When I did not agree to it they said they would not refund my deposit. They were super rude about it. Lynne was beyond rude. I am calling the attorney general on them.
I wanted to leave a good review before the move that was my hope. unfortunately my experience did not warrant that. this company said they would help the move be stress free! they would take care of everything! it was completely stressful noting about this move was stress free. there were many things that I could point out as not good.
We are sorry that you feel this way as this is your second move with us and we have not heard any complaints about what we did to make it stressful except for the light situation which was reported after the move of which we said had to be investigated .
This company just moved a hot tub that I sold and it was handled completely wrong. They shouldn’t have accepted the job if they didn’t have the proper equipment to move a hot tub. They only sent 3 men out and they didn’t have any equipment meant for moving a hot tub. The workers were nearly crushed in the process of trying to get the hot tub into the back of the truck which some of my neighbors also saw.
Run from this company!!! I was told by Troy that the workers would do a good job for me and we would be taken care of; none of that happen. The move was a nightmare! The truck wasn't big enough to fit all of our stuff, took way too long due to the movers attempting to figure out how to pack the truck, items were broken or damaged... This company is a joke and are modern day crooks!! Troy stop responding to all calls. We created a claim with Lynn, what a joke... still waiting for it to get resolved.
Your daughter contracted the company for 3 movers and a truck which was a standard 26ft truck. Although your daughter only paid for 3 movers and one truck, upon your complaint, the company sent out 3 more guys with a second truck to pick up a few pieces of furniture so that you were not charged for…
The two men who moved me did an outstanding job! If I owned a company I'd hire them for sure. They went above and beyond my expectations. The company owners however were not transparent and in fact they hid those important details from me that should have been explained, in writing, from the very beginning. Like the fact that they were going to empty my checking account to cover the cost of the move leaving me with the very real possibility of being severely overdrawn.
All the terms and conditions were in writing as agreed to the company charged this customer for only the few hours that were worked. The customer was upset that we ensured that funds were available to pay the bill before unloading for final delivery.

Having to move again, this time from my apartment in Maryvale to a second floor apartment in Glendale, I called Troy at Assurance Moving And Storage to make arrangements to move me again. He was so helpful and accommodating. I hired three men for four hours at a very reasonable rate. On moving day, the three showed up midmorning as scheduled. They were friendly and respectful and went straight to work. They were hard workers.

We are moving from Gilbert, AZ to Mesa, AZ. We interviewed and received quotes from 3 moving companies. Our discussion with Troy from Assurance Moving and Storage went very well. He struck us as honest and helpful. We liked their pricing and that they could store our property for a daily fee as needed. He maintained contact and made us feel comfortable about our decision. On packing day, the crew came as expected and was very friendly and efficient.

I received a flyer in the mail from Assurance Moving, and they were one of four companies I called to receive a quote for my move from Gilbert to Peoria. From the start I was impressed with my Sales contact, Troy. He was very thorough asking me meaningful questions. I was not ready to make a decision, and asked Troy to call me back on a specific day, which he did.
