Their comments below are LIES! Carpe Diem! So, the forms I filled out for your driver damaging our entrance and my missing and broken items are just a delay tactic. You were paid fairly and did not "give" your service away. Where is your integrity? UPDATE: Our belongings arrived in March, six months ago and we have filed required claim forms, left countless phone messages and emails and have had no response. We had many missing items (boxes), a few damaged items and damage to our HOA landscaped entrance.

Nightmare!! Unprofessional!! Do not use this company!! Do not be fooled- this is not a moving company, this is someone with a box truck and ability to find day workers. Assurance came to move a 400lb player piano with two men in a truck with tires worn down to the steel belts (see photos). They had no special equipment nor a loading lift. It was so bad that a friend and I had to help load the piano. Once in the truck, the mover asked me if had friends at the destination to help with the unloading.

The air force hired this company to pack and store some of our belongings (4k lbs) in preparation for my husband's retirement. We were assured our belongings would remain crated until delivery to our new home 5 months later. Somehow, somebody else's box showed up in our home. I'm sure this poor lady would be thrilled to know that her boudoir session is safe in my possession. They also managed to lose 2 sofas.

I will start by saying that I almost never submit reviews for anything but this has been the worst experience I think I have ever had with a company of any kind so I felt I needed to let others know not to make the same mistake I made a huge mistake hiring this company to move some large items from one house to another. I called to schedule and I asked if they could handle moving 2 gun safes, a hot tub, and a large display sign and if they had the proper equipment. I was told no problem they do it all the time.

Horrible company to do business with all the way around. Moving is difficult, that's why we hire professionals. This company is anything but professional. I honestly question all their positive reviews. If they are real, those people got lucky. Many of my belongings were damaged and many have yet to be found. Some workers are friendly and capable. Others seem to have no clue what they are doing. When speaking to Lyne about my damaged belongings and missing things she gave me a different excuse every time we spoke.

I have to tell you the first part of the move went well. The second half of the move was absolute hell. Boxes were damaged from water I lost a whole box of family photos due to water damage. Boxes and other items are missing. I am missing a total of five boxes. Showed up on a rainy day did not lay down any protection to the floors. had to be told multiple times where things went. Had trouble putting together the bed. And after the move when I spoke to Troy all he could say was I'm so sorry.

Smooth and polite. Took a bit longer than i was lead to believe, but never heard word one from them. Would recommend. Edit: Next time ill put the review up after everything is delivered. It was horrible. They arrived late in the day, had to keep changing the contractors they were hiring to move my stuff, broke every dvd shelf i had, and im still missing at least one lightsaber. Oh...and they also left one full pallet of my stuff onthe truck that went to florida and i didnt get ANY of it until March.

It indicates that I must choose a star but I would choose no stars!!! My father and stepmother recently passed away. They used this company to load their household goods. After their paying $8,500 and us paying an additional $10,000 in storage and handling fees as well as to get it here to Michigan, we still don't have their goods here after a month. This company is unprofessional and unknowledgeable in moving of goods. There has been a huge lack of communication and unanswered questions and phone calls.
