In their own words
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. To say we are disappointed would be putting it extremely lightly. Not only do I feel bait and switched price wise, but also disappointed the move wasn't completed. I communicated exactly where everything was supposed to be placed. Yet my treadmil is in our dinning room, the porch bench is as well, my bedroom mirror is in our tv room, and one of my sons beds is still on the outdoor porch. Our furniture wasnt reassembled. My very experienced ottoman was left outside in the rain.
Extremely unprofessional. I asked them for a flat rate and instead of telling me they just wouldn’t be able to offer that, the person on the phone started telling me 100 scenarios that how he thinks I might take advantage of their movers and how much they cannot trust their customers including myself. I have always worked with other movers with a flat rate and never had a problem or took advantage of anyone!! He could just say they don’t offer a flat rate, instead of offending me in many ways for 10 minutes.
Overcharged us by $400. They promised that the max charge would be $800, we told them about the new house having stairs and they promised no upcharge, yet still added one. They also charged us for the hour it took them to drive to our …
Went with these movers and don’t recommend. On the phone they gave us a very unrealistic quote of 400-700 as we were in a one bedroom apartment already mostly packed and moving 10mins down the street. We got 3 movers which was 199 and on the website says 159. They were there from 8-12:30 and we got charged for 6 hours because they factor in their commute to the site basically costing 200 before they do anything and this was not disclosed ahead of time.
I witnessed a horrible move from this company. Eugene was terribly rude and distrustful. The workers are very unprofessional and take advantage of their hourly rate. A move that was previously done in 2 hours took them 4X the time. You shouldn't have to pay for someone's smoke break. NEVER AGAIN!
Do not believe in a word they say. On August 26th 2025, I signed the contract and paid the deposit for Atlant Moving to help moving my two bedroom house. They were late for an hour over the estimate arriving window, and they blamed on me …
I expected a big enough truck to move me from my apartment to my new apartment, they tossed all my stuff in my closet. Nothing is organized. I can’t find anything that was in my old house, particularly my meds. I need my meds and I can’t …

In their own words
I had a very challenging move involving a fully disassembled 1980s Valley commercial coin-operated pool table, and Atlant Moving exceeded my expectations in every way. I found them on Thumbtack and reached out with a detailed list of requirements. Not only were they able to meet every one of them, but they were also able to fit me into their schedule the very next day between jobs. The crew arrived with three movers, a truck equipped with a lift gate, and all of the proper equipment needed for the job.
I recently used Atlant Moving and couldn't be happier. Great communication with Eugene before and after the move. The crew was punctual, worked quickly, and packed all my belongings carefully and accurately - everything arrived in perfect condition. I'd definitely use them again.
They made everything work me beyond what would ever be expected! Everything! Honestly, idk how to explain how awesome these guys are! I don’t know where to start? I’ll just copy the message I sent! Hey there, I just wanted to send a sincere thank you to you and those AMAZING MEN who helped me yesterday! I know they over extended and made this work for me beyond what is the expectation of your company! They pushed every limit possible to pull this off for me, a complete stranger! They pushed themselves!!!!
I had a 1.5 BR move, and due to logistical issues leading up to the big day, I was barely able to do any pre-packing. I gave them a heads up and management got the guys to my place as early as I was able to meet them, ready with packing materials to take care of my disaster of a place. They worked hard, and I did not lose a single delicate dish or curio! All furniture was reassembled just as it had been in my old place.
