Will not recommend this mover to anyone. Quick to add more charges for time, but it's ok for them to not keep their appointment to return items at agreed time and date (thus wasting our time). Missing items and parts to our furniture and an entire piece of furniture. Gave us someone else furniture. Never got parts of our bed back so we still couldn't put it back together despite repeated messages. Broke the drawers to our bed. Very unprofessional and careless! Beware!

First of all, this company was 2 hours late on the move. now in their defense, I was informed of this an hour before they were supposed to be there and it was supposedly car problems. When they arrived and were loading the truck I did not have problems. However, when we arrived at my new house we had quite a few. One of the movers was really using extremely foul language in front of a group of children in my new neighborhood (that was a fun conversation to have with my new neighbors).

The worst moving experience ever. Make sure you read all the small print they don't move TV's, they don't move washer's and dryers unless you pay an additional $75 fee To disconnect your appliances or move your TV's. Movers worked for about 30 minutes before one of them quit because his knee was hurting, we were left with almost an hour waiting for another person to replace him. There's an up charge for anything the consider to be a specialty item, you'll figure it out when they decide it.

I feel like this company is very unprofessional and they don't communicate with you I'm very upset just because they had the nerve to text me and ask me to remove my review but could not call or text me when I had questions about my son's TV my experience wasn't a good one so this is the second review I took the first one down but I still only give two stars because no communication no reaching out no responding to text messages ......

I’ll just state the facts about my experience: I never received any call ahead or email to confirm my move and the time they would be arriving. I ended having to call them the night before to find out what time they would be arriving. The day of my move they called me 15 mins prior to arriving and had to push back my arrival time by 2 hours, this ended up being 5 hours later. My 10am move didn’t begin until almost 4pm but they felt throwing me a bone of adding an additional person would be fair compensation.

BEWARE!!!! I used Atlanta Furniture Taxi Moving Company for a move from Snellville Georgia to Simpsonville SC and I must tell you the damage done to my belongings was monumental! I have moved 7 times throughout the United States and never had such inferior service. The damaged items were: *5 picture frames/scratches and scarred plus torn backs *Wedgewood cup chipped/part of a set valued at $350 *Sofa leg had a chuck out of it *Occassional table leg chipped *2 Occassional chairs chipped and stained *Dining room…

Worst moving company in Atlanta. They miscalculate the truck size and the time they'll spend. They sent three people to move everything, and they were incredibly slow. They moved so slowly to kill time and charge more. One of the team members was the leader's girlfriend. This woman didn't do a thing. After we moved, I found many of my furniture items, green eggs, and appliances were broken. They won't help at all. I can't understand how they have decent reviews before.

Unfortunately my cousin recommended that I do business with this company. It’s not her fault as she was just trying to help a friend from high school. The sales pitch was great and Aaron the owner was extremely friendly until things did not go his way. I’m not even going into the fact that we had to order another entire truck based on his original recommendation which prolonged our move for a week and cost another $3000.
