We used these movers twice. First time was fantastic which is why we used them a second. There will NOT be a third. Russ was completely unprofessional. Lots of broken items and lots of missing boxes and bins - most missing bins were Christmas momentos that cannot be replaced. Floors, wall, and doorways damaged. Missing pieces to furniture that we’ve had to replace. I could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
We used them to move us from one unit to another unit on the same floor. When the reservation was made, they didn’t tell us that there was a two hour minimum or there was a $60 truck roll fee. We paid $300 for an hour worth of services and they NEVER LEFT THE BUILDING OR THE FLOOR. The workers also stated that they are left to tell the customers about the fees upon arrival. So, basically, you book, they arrive, explain the fees and you’re stuck with them because it’s moving day. Total RIP OFF!!!

This unfortunately is a small business moving company to avoid. They were late with no call to explain why and walked off the job because I requested an explanation. When people need movers, it is because they need help. Good customer service is not a focus and clearly the current owner is not interested in referrals or recommendations. Use another company.

BEWARE!!!! GET THE INSURANCE!!!!! The move was great until I realized our marble table was carried by one mover( in sandals) and he completely destroyed it. Word to the wise don't use them but if you do get the insurance. The management is nonexistent and no one will return your phone calls.
James, I do apologize for any missteps on your move. Marble should be crated prior to us arriving. It was not. My guys did attempt to move it and it was damaged in the process. We did pay you for the damage even though you declined coverage (did not pay for coverage) on your bill.

You refused the payment deposit. We tried to drop off the dumpster and the homeowner said they didn't have the money. So we cancelled the dumpster and the move.

I moved from Atlanta, GA to Austin, TX, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use Atlanta Moving Solutions. Everything went smoothly and exactly as I had hoped. The pricing was very straightforward, with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Joe and Deandre, who loaded the truck in Atlanta, did a fantastic job. They were hardworking and handled all of my belongings with great care. My furniture was wrapped extremely well, and they worked both efficiently and carefully.
James, Mario, and Lewis were absolutely amazing! They helped move our washer and dryer and made the entire process quick, efficient, and stress-free. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly pleasant to work with from start to finish. They took great care with everything and made sure the job was done right. It’s hard to find a team that is both skilled and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.
