Still emptying boxes and come to find out my kids piggy bank was ROBBED!!!!… found $100 missing and my husband even Cashapped them tips. Unprofessional. Dumped all my boxes into one big box and cross contaminated my Microblading supplies. One mover came half day and left, all he did was text in the room as if he was “working” I even asked if it was tools that he needed since he was sitting on the carpet texting away for over 20 mins
Mrs. Gutierrez, This is Sweet Touch Movers. We show no record of providing you services. There has been no complaint filled. So we know nothing about a penny bank being robbbed for a $100, or an employee leaving earlier than scheduled. If some how this did happen, and again we have no record of it.
They moved me this weekend and I am not pleased. In the beginning they worked fast and efficient, but it went downhill from there. They broke a $5000 fridge, my entertainment center and a clock. There was a lot of standing around. I have reached out because luckily we got the insurance, but have yet to see anyone to take care of what they broke.
I used this companies service on Friday 8/16/24 at 3pm. to move my belongings to my new place. There were two guys that showed up in a Uhaul to move me. Everything was packed very neatly and ready to go. I was the only one home at the time. They started moving our things onto the truck 🚚 I was gathering some things in my kitchen ,didn't really watch them the entire time. When we arrived at the new place they began moving everthing in.
I'm so sorry that you feel like you didn't enjoy your experience. Your move began with a call to me explaining that you needed a moving company last minute. All of my trucks were out so I rented a truck to assist you. You didn't have much money, and provided me with your inventory.
The guys did a good job of wrapping and moving the furniture. They kept a decent pace throughout *when they were working*. Where the 2 stars come in is that I was estimated 3-4 hours (about $840 total) and charged 8 (1 was removed later). The day of the move, it rained on and off so the guys didn’t work for about 3+ hours. It was communicated to me that management would work with me on that and it would be like it never rained (not charged for the stoppages).
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I expressed my concerns with my missing items and to no avail but mover texting me for a tip and owner denying the movers had taken items but he wasn’t even there. had several missing items and very upset. Not to mention I was in front of the truck to guide to my apt and they turned off all of a sudden to the right and I waited a while before the got to my apt.
I've been waiting on a claim for months now. Spoke to the owner a few times and I'm not expecting to ever see the money. I basically paid this company to break my valuables. I would not recommend this company for your move.

I can't say enough nice things about my experience moving a family member from one assisted living facility to another with Sweet Touch. The employees were fast, prompt, communicative, friendly and wonderful to work with. Most moving companies just move at a semi normal pace, especially when charging by the hour. Not these guys! They hustled and got everything moved and in the new facility in record time. This cost so much less than I had anticipated because they loaded and unloaded so quickly!
I would highly recommend this company. I had a move in date for my new apartment and needed a moving company Asap After a quick Google search this company came up. The owner came and evaluated what i needed done and gave me a great price and the next day i was moved. I appreciated the care they had for my items, everything was wrapped and padded. Thanks again Sweet touch Movers!
I hired these guys for a full pack, load and unload. Originally it was supposed to be 3 guys but then only 2 showed up because there was miscommunication on the office side. One of the movers touched me inappropriately twice and made multiple other attempts that I was able to evade. All while I had my 10 month old son with me. They also did a terrible job packing and multiple things were broken because they did not use the bubble wrap I supplied and didn’t set up the boxes correctly.
