Rented a storage unit (10x15) for 7 months and the price went up after the 5th month. Claims they have to make improvements on the property but I didn't see any. I checked on my unit many times during the 7 months. The gate was broken the last few months. Anyone could come and go... I wouldn't use them again.

I was storing goods here when it was locally owned. I began having problems when Metro took over. Local management has been spotty until the latest, Cindy, who is responsive. My real issue is the roof leaks and water intrusion from other units that began happening soon after they took over. They keep calling in a repair company who DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. My belongings have now been heavily damaged, and Metro refuses to take responsibility, saying it's covered by insurance. THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE ISSUE.
Mr. Letaw…thanks for your review and we do apologize for your issue. As you point out, despite ongoing efforts, getting the roof leak repaired has been a challenge. The District Manager has met with you and has offered several options which are still available to you.
Absolutely horrible customer service I’ve had enclosed trailer there for at least a few months. I get a call abruptly saying that our unit has been parked in the wrong parking space and that needs to be moved immediately and gives me less than 48 hours to move it or it will be towed. I would understand if this was like a day after even seven days after the units been there but it’s been there for months.. if you’re looking respect, reasonable policies, I suggest you work somewhere else.

Before "Metro self storage" this place was 'Kennesaw storageI" I have been using this place for more than 10 years, but now the new manager toll me that I have to have insurance in my cars and the cars needed to be running. I had to leave the place but I been seeing cars with flat tires and no running, I'm trying to understand why he acted like this just with me. I'm not longer there because how he treat me.
Thank you for storing with us for several years Mauricio. Vehicles must be insured and in running condition to store with us. The other run down vehicles you mentioned are also being asked to adhere to our policies or to store somewhere else.
Started out as a great place to be. Now for some reason the people I meet are in charge are very hateful act like I'm just bothering them for being there. They say I'm going to fix it if I can that's not fixing it. Haven't seen the person we dealt with when we first got this she was very pleasant and helpful.
