In their own words
Movers were smoking pot in our house that we were moving out of! Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, did not come with the proper moving equipment and had to borrow our own dollies. Tracked oil/dirt into our house and we couldn't remove it before the new owners moved in. Left a lot of furniture and art (and a 50" TV) because they claimed it "wouldn't fit in the trucks and there was nothing they could do." We had to take those items to Goodwill and leave the TV for the new homeowner.

I am the owner of DJ Antiques in White Pine,Tn for over 20 years I have traveled to England and purchased furniture for my shop which I have shipped to me in 40ft containers. In July of last year my container was picked by customs for inspection it was then sent to the certified warehouse that customs uses but because my container was full of Antiques the warehouse wouldn't unload it for the inspection that left my broker with no choice but to gire an outside company to come in and unload my container.

The worst experience we’ve had in the nine moves We’ve done in the last 20 years. First, the drivers never showed up. I called the company and they told me that the driver wouldn’t answer the phone. Then they found another crew by luck since the The move that they were supposed to do canceled on them. When they arrived at our house two hours late, the only experienced person was the driver. we paid for five movers, not one Professional mover and four Inexperienced people.

SO disappointed was quoted 3 hours with the fourth hour being split into quarters and was charged 4 1/2 hours for them to move a STUDIO apartment. They had a man way too old to be moving anything and it was truly uncomfortable.

DON'T DO IT! They charged us for a full day of packing with three men and materials. Now they are denying our claim saying we packed all of the boxes ourselves! They picked up the furniture and many items were given no exceptions as they were brand new and when they got to our home, they were damaged. Bulldog has refused payment for those as well because we didn't note the exception the date of delivery. The delivery driver told us we had nine months to file the claim.

Where to begin?!? Awful experience today. They showed up late. Drove through our neighbors front yard, so she wants us to fix her yard/grass. Two of the the workers got into a huge argument. They had to take a lunch break after only moving for an hour and a half. They dropped our treadmill down the basement stairs, breaking it. Scratches and dents all over the walls. My husband didn’t even let them unwrap our stuff when they got to the new house because he just wanted them gone. They charged us $1,400.

There was no positive experience. They canceled on me without any explanation, leaving me with the truck and the move unfinished. They are completely unprofessional. I don't recommend them. Don't rely on reviews and comments; they're worthless. Again, I don't recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Bulldog Movers - much better than previous movers I have used in the past. This was a refreshing experience. We moved a 2 bedroom apartment from Atlanta to Athens. The communication was great throughout the whole process. Harvey, Luis, and Isaiah were awesome. They took great care of our items. They showed up on time (start was listed for 9-10am and they showed up at 9:10am) and were very efficient with our items.
Absolutely the best money can buy. These guys were friendly and professional from start to finish. Deon and his team were a pleasure. I will say they aren’t the cheapest option. However, they took a hospitality approach that is unseen in the industry. Bulldog took the time to tape down cardboard to ensure no damage to floors, put blankets up in narrow hallways and communicated every step of their process. Bulldog is it, if you want the best for your new home as well as your most cherished belongings.

Our move this week could not have gone better. Our sales consultant, Danielle, was very knowledgeable and responsive when we contacted her with questions. The crew consisting of L, Alex, Charles and Simone was fantastic. They worked tirelessly for 10 hours and maintained positive attitudes the entire time. They were efficient and handled our belongings with great care. I can recommend Bulldog without reservation.

Second office move with Bulldog and they were great. 4 trucks, 12 people and in about 7 hours they got us packed and moved, and saved us what we expected would be 12-14 hours. And all their guys are so nice and thorough. We watched how they make what we thought would be extremely difficult into a quick process. They do all my home moves too and equally satisfied with both. Highly recommended.
