In their own words
moved several pieces of furniture + a few boxes years ago. Workers stole several items from boxes, recorded on hidden cameras. I was the only one on-site which they took advantage of. Serious damage / many scratches with no compensation. No items were wrapped or protected on truck. The workers refused when I asked for this. The owner charged an hourly rate that was 3x greater than the rate stated upfront, AFTER the job was done- he lied about the rate initially given.
FAKE! FAKE! FAKE REVIEW. EVERYTHING IN THE REVIEW IS A LIE AND FAKE. WE ARE WORKING WITH GOOGLE TO GET THE REVIEW REMOVED. WE NEVER PROVIDED ANY SERVICE OR KNOW WHO THIS PERSON IS. THE PERSON THAT WROTE THESE LIES SHOULD REMOVE IT BECAUSE THEY KNOW EVERYTHING IS A LIE!
Do not use On Your Mark Movers and allow me to explain why. For starters Mark, the owner, is very unprofessional. I originally sought out this company through Google for reviews like you may be doing. Don’t believe them all. Mark has a website that clearly states packing and unpacking and that is exactly what I was looking for. I originally reached out to On Your Mark Movers about 2-3 weeks prior to my expected move and informed mark on everything I needed.
We provide a great service and we take of all our customers per all of our reviews. There were definitely some communication gaps for sure but we are not 1 star for sure. I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. We will be better, I promise Thanks
I called this company to ask for a quote. The man I spoke with was very rude and laughed at me and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and I would not book these movers.
