In their own words
As a first impression Manny was on time and friendly. He was respectful of my home by wearing shoe protectors, and compliant with current CDC health directives. In prepping the piano for tuning, Manny exercised great care. His tuning procedure itself was both efficient and thorough. The temperament is perfect and whatever octave stretch he used makes the piano sound vibrant, pure, and smooth.
Thank you Andy for this wonderful review. I was so impressed with your piano tuning knowledge and with your interest in and understanding of pianos and their maintenance. Thank you also for mentioning the cdc guidelines that I follow.
After moving to the Atlanta area we needed to get our piano tuned. I did some research and decided to have Manny tune our piano. Manny seemed to be one of the most experienced and respected tuners in the area. He seems very knowledgeable and was extremely informative when I was comparing piano tuning companies. Manny arrived on our appointment day/time range and not only tuned our piano, but also looked it over to make sure there was no damage caused by the move.
Thank you Scott for taking the time to describe our piano tuning service with such detail. It was a pleasure meeting you. Evaluating your piano is a part of the service I offer and is important in the process of giving your piano the care and attention it deserves .. now and in the future.
We had a great experience with Atlanta Piano Tuning by ear. After several years tuning our piano with Cooper piano, we were really disappointed by their service or lack of. When I called Atlanta Piano Tuning, it immediately felt like they cared and our conversation was very professional yet warm and welcoming. We were able to make an appointment promptly. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly and kept us updated with his progress. Our piano sounds fantastic!
Thank you Cafherine for this thoughtful review. I do truly care about my customers and value these relationships. I am glad you noticed that quality in our interaction and that you were happy with the tuning and service we provided for your piano!
This professional enjoys his work and is a craftsman. Our baby grand had not been tuned in about 15 months and still maintained its pitch well despite a recent move from out of state. But this tuning enhanced the richness and fullness of sound (most discernable in the base and higher notes) in its new location. Reasonable price too!
Thank you for this high praise. I do enjoy my work … I am proud to carry on the legacy of my father Manny Sr by enhancing the piano to its fullest potential … but affordably. My customers become long term acquaintances ..
