Two people moving in. One doing more than the other, they damaged the lamp at the entrance of the house. walls . the wood of the floor. Unprofessional. had expired tag expired? Maybe 🤔 that is one of them was too abrupt and that they charged me until the first trip to put gasoline in his truck. I do not recommend them. I'm still waiting for you to call me to fix the damage
They wanted me to pay $500 in a cash deposit for our pending move. I thought that was very high considering you are just reserving the date. In the past I've only paid $100 down. I told him that I would do 20% down on a credit card and he came back and said that I could send the money through Zelle and gave me a personal name, not the company name. At that point it felt like a red flag to me. You should never have to put down that much of a deposit unless you are moving across state lines. Beware of this company.
Some one robo called you from a number sorry to hear about that experience.
If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. They were a whole day late & claimed it was due to a family emergency. Okay cool, they said they would be here at 6am the next day and still showed up 40 minutes late. I missed a flight that was scheduled & I was unable to talk to the owner about reimbursement. There was a whole bunch of different prices being discussed between multiple people so I am unsure if what I paid was the correct price or if I got over on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY.

The owner Mills did ok moving my recently purchased washer and dryer into storage two months ago (I took pictures of condition), so I trusted the company with the move into my home. The young guys who call themselves Que and Nayo damaged my washing machine and laundry room floor which were dragged up the stairs in my new home without a dolly. I reached out to advise the owner and got no response to apologize or acknowledge the issue. I purchased another new washing machine today…
Your belongings were left out side of a storage from an out of town move with another moving company. We moved your things in by dolly , we did not lift. We’re sorry to hear about your out of town movers moving experience though.
Sadly they arrived 3 1/2 hours late and with 2 guys who were exhausted and had already worked a busy shift. There seemed to have been miscommunications between the person who originally quoted the job (based on or phone discussion) , the dispatcher, and the actual workers who showed up late. The movers did their best, but overall not the most professional operation.
We apologize Again for your experience as it is not our normal way of conducting business. We are glad we were able to get the job completed. Thank you for your feedback.

Mr. Mills and his team were exceptional! They moved me back in May from my apartment to a new apartment. They were a little behind due to traffic after leaving their first move for the day but they let me know that they would be late as soon as they realized. Mr. Mills called me personally and let me know that he was helping the team catch up and that they would be delayed so that I was not aimlessly waiting on them. He even offered to bring us coffee for the inconvenience.
