Eugene, Kirk, and Manu are absolutely amazing. They have been so professional, quick, and have been making this stressful move fun. Being in the military we are always moving and this has been the best move thus far. The guys are friendly and take special attention to keep the home clean and damage free. Lol Eugene also wears great socks. Update: After receiving our house hold goods, I had to update our review. This was by far the worse move that we have ever done.

As people usually write, if I could give no stars I would, ditto..The crew was great for the most part but the so called "owner" was totally incompetent. He spent hours in one room, while his workers did most everything else. We had a very expensive bedroom set; the footboard was removed and set in a downstairs hallway going across a doorway to the garage (which no one thought to lock?).

If I could give 0 stars I would. They damaged EVERY piece of furniture we have, broke at least 2 boxes open, and lost the hardware to the master bed and lost the cushions to the couch and broke 2 hand made plates. They didn't show up on the delivery time stating no one answered the phone, a lie, and then showed up 2 hours late on the second attempt. I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone. After unpacking we are missing pots and pans, sewing equipment, and sound equipment. Worst service ever

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a facility. It was my first time here, and instead of anyone explaining the procedure or helping me, I was immediately told to leave in a very rude and unfriendly manner. Apparently, you are supposed to park on the street first, walk inside to check in, wait for them to call you, and only then come back and enter the facility. On top of that, you have to back into the docks from a busy street with a lot of traffic.

Absolutely terrible experience. We are in disbelief and are so disappointed. The movers came on Aug 10th. The movers forgot to pack half of our kitchen, refused to pack anything open already, even if it was resealable or still in good packaging, no cleaning supplies could go, which left us with a carful & a mess of cleaning supplies, packed things that weren’t supposed to be packed, didn’t ask if we would need any blankets they took after knowing we were stuck at our house for 4 more days.

If you're a truck driver, I would highly recommend not taking a load to this place. It's just ridiculous. First off, you have to back in off an active street where there is a lot of traffic coming both ways. Then you have to keep backing into one of the docks, with crap all over the place. It's unbelievable that these receivers expect trucks to deliver, yet they pull their stuff. We're in semi-trucks with 53 ft trailers, not box trucks. I would say "do better," but they won't, so I would just reject a load.

They incorrectly quoted us the domestic rate when we were moving international. So the price was double what they originally told us, even after the discount they gave us as compensation for their error. They didn't bring enough packing materials for the move so a bunch of our stuff was broken. Some stuff went missing and was never recorded on the inventory which is very suspicious. On top of that, Atlas, the parent company, is now refusing to honor any of the claims we've made because we've moved since then.

Yes your manager came there and he didn’t do apologize i showed him 4 places damages in my trailer and he was telling me oh we didn’t do that we didn’t do that. Evan he was knows that’s new scratches on the side wall . They don’t have space to backup on dock . You have to backup from the street and there was lots of big steel plates on the floor so careful about your truck trailer tires and There was a old forklift guy he is really rude he don’t know how to unload he damaged my trailer so careful when he start…
