If you like inexperienced college students stepping on your mattresses/chairs/couches & breaking all your lamps...call Austex Moving. Worst moving experience ever! They were over 4 hours late & only called once they were on their way. Being 8 months pregnant this was the last thing I needed. Had to pick up my toddler from my friends house before they got there when they should have been nearly done with the move. They took no care at all in moving our things.
We have searched our customer database and have no record of you ever utilizing our service. I reviewed this with my movers and this situation is not familiar to anyone on my staff. If you could provide me with more information we can help … More

I've hired Austex Moving twice now, in 2021 and 2023. Their value and high quality service always exceeds my expectations. Jim is very responsive and makes it easy to schedule your move. CJ, Jose, and Alex were extremely professional and fast. Austex made both moves very easy for me, and I will absolutely book with them again in the future.
Our realtor recommended that we contact Austex Moving once we decided to relocate from Austin to Georgetown. So after determining the closing date of our house we scheduled our tentative moving date/time with Jim Clark. Easy peasy, everything was set. CJ and his crew of two arrived right on time. After giving them the "lay of the land" tour they quickly began loading our stuff into their trailer. CJ organized the trailer while the other guys moved stuff from the house to the trailer.

CJ, José and Trevor have just helped us move to our new home in Georgetown, TX. From our first conversation with Austex to the last item of furniture being carefully placed, it has been a very smooth and troublefree experience. These guys took great care, worked hard and were super efficient. Their fees were also very reasonable, and I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Austex Moving. It was a true pleasure meeting Jim and Jose. Jim made communication so easy, from estimate to delivery, and the entire process went flawlessly. I was able to communicate with Jim via yelp, text, and phone call. All of my questions were answered and answered faster than expected. The estimate was better than fair and there were no surprises. Jim and Jose were punctual and took the time to let me know they were on their way.
