We recently needed help moving my belongings from a UPack warehouse in Austin to our new house in Cedar Park. My initial conversation setting up the move order was positive. Mario was from San Diego and was very friendly and attentive to my needs. However, everything went down South at 9am on Friday morning when movers were supposed to arrive. Mario confirmed at 8:45am everything was going according to the plan but in reality things were quite different.
This company is terrible at communicating and updating their clients. The day of movers were great. The office, is unprofessional. We moved from TX to NY and had a 1 day notice of when our items would arrive. Then the delivery was missing …
Please, pay attention to this review. I will save you a lot of heartache, and disappointment. Do NOT use Willis Permian Movers for your household move!!! I have moved numerous times for military service, and advancement in my career. This was absolutely the WORST moving experience I've ever encountered. This was my first time using Bekins/Willis Permian as movers as I wanted to give them a chance. I had never used them for a move. I never will again.
I hired MiniMoves to do a long distance move from Florida to Texas. They hired Trailblazer Moving to do the last leg of the trip. Everything went well up to that point. Jay was very lovely on the phone but unfortunately the two men handling moving my late mother’s furniture from the warehouse in Round Rock to my storage unit in South Austin were negligent (despite being kind). They put the table top down in the back on an armoire laying flat without any straps.
Rough experience Edited to 1 star cause once again Tucker refused to refund damages Had several damaged items. Only reported a couple canvas portraits though - told twice that we would be refunded never was. Unfortunate Another issue was the quote - over 1k more than what we expected. We had a video walk through of the house…when the drivers showed up they mentioned several times that they should have brought their larger truck because the one they had was too small.
Would give it less if I could, they helped my neighbor move. She doesn’t use google, the crew did ok job, just lots of complaining. Tried calling to speak to the manager and Tim the office manager would never call me back. I kept having to …

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, and the sad thing is they deal with the military! They lie, break stuff, lose stuff then deny your claim! If you are remotely even thinking about this company you better think twice

Sam, Salvador and angel did a good job moving, were quick and placed items as instructed. Make sure to monitor so they don't drag heavy items up/down stairs. Appreciated the communication when they were ~30 mins out to know when to expect them.
