If I can rate a 0 I WOULD ! They are so unprofessional, many items were missing during the process. They like to ask if they can have things laying around a lot so be aware of that it is annoying. Also idk if he’s the manager or what but he needs to do better at training these people they get in there and just put everything in the boxes incorrectly, very loud and not enough work getting done. Don’t even let me get started on how long it took them to be done and the PRIce??!!

I’m honestly baffled by all the glowing reviews this company has received, because my experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had with a moving service. I gave it a few months before writing this, but I feel it’s important to share in hopes that no one else has to go through what we did. We were scheduled to move at the end of March 2025. After reaching out to several companies for quotes, this one appeared to be the most reasonable.

We used Pack N Go Movers for our big move that consisted of a large family home and business. We will never use another moving company ever again! Moving can be such a stressful experience but the owner Patrick and his crew truly came in and completed the task better than expected. Prior to moving day the owner Patrick and his assistant Ty came out the house for a walk through to get a thorough idea of what was going and set up several check-in calls. Patrick sent an estimate that was spot on for the move.

It’s really hard to gauge and compare moving companies, they will all give you similar quotes. At the end of the day, it’s important to feel taken care of while being efficient. Jaxon coordinated my move and understood my needs but was so helpful with last minute pivots while honoring our initial conversation. I thought I was going to be so much more prepared than what I was but they got me to the finish line. I think it’s important to go with a company that has your back and def one that you can trust.
I had such a seamless move today and could not be more grateful for Jaxon and the Pack n Go Team! They were prompt , communicative and even handled a small hiccup (out of their control) with such ease that I really appreciated their hard work and friendly attitude. From professionalism to attitudes, these were by far some of the best movers I’ve had. Patrick the owner I could tell is passionate, goes out of his way, and really cares about giving the best service to his customers. Definitely a white glove service!
Pack N Go Movers did a great job with my move. Patrick, the owner, was on top of everything — super organized, communicative, and accommodating with timing and logistics. My move lead, Jaxson, and his team were efficient, careful, and professional throughout the day. Moving is never easy, but they made the process much smoother and less stressful than expected.
