I picked this company because they had excellent reviews and were local. My experience was very different from the other reviewers. The morning started with the moving truck backing into a tree, pulling up and then backing into my car. An extra trip had to be made so I had to pay 3 men for this time. They set up my bed in the new house first, and I reminded them a room size rug needed to go underneath. They told me the rug was on the 2nd load.
Worst movers I’ve ever used. They brought the wrong size trailer over charged us because they quoted wrong! Took another day charged $2500 on Saturday & that was the max price that I was told & signed his contract for! Wouldn’t work that …
This company is horrible!!! They were very unprofessional and very rude! They even had the nerve to show up extremely late when my appointment was booked for 2:00pm and when they showed up they moved three boxes and put them in the truck …
Hello, I think it’s fair we put our side as well. Your move was scheduled with a 2-3pm arrival. The movers were running behind which we notified you at 1pm they would be a little behind the window. When the movers got there, they immediately let you know the move would be over the 3 hour minimum.
I just had In and Out Movers moved me Sept 27th. I didn't have as great of an experience as some who have reviewed them before. I went back and read previous reviews because I couldn't believe my experience. One guy said he had a 4 bedroom 3 bath house and it took them 5 and a half hours. I moved from a 2 bedroom 2 bath. And only 1 of the bedrooms have furniture The second had 3 book shelves and boxes and a mobility scooter. A living room of furniture plus a washer and dryer.
Road raging on I-35. You should add trackers to your vehicles so you can monitor their driving habits. This guy deliberately cut off a vehicle nearly causing an accident.
Avoid this moving company. The movers were lazy, wasted time, and dragged out a simple 3–4-hour job. Not worth the hassle
