Andy and his team!! The team itself was very polite and hard working. Unfortunately I had to edit this review from 5 star to 1 Star after we found several fragile items broken and there was a huge discrepancy in price at the end. They charged extra for the additional wrapping and boxing but yet most of our glass items were damaged. We asked for an itemized receipt for an $900 overcharge discrepancy and never received it or never got a call back from their accounting department.

This is the WORST moving company I have ever encountered. I have moved over TEN times and this was not only a terrible experience but a total rip-off. Save your money and select a professional and reputable company. There is ZERO communications between the sales folks and the operations. The sales folks quote one rate and the dispatcher ups the charge without bothering to read the notes discussed by the sales team to honor the quote given. Our movers arrived over 4 HOURS LATE.
I had a frustrating experience with this moving company due to unclear pricing and lack of transparency. I was given an estimate for 3 hours, but what was not clearly explained upfront is that there is a 3-hour minimum for loading in Austin and a separate 3-hour minimum for unloading in Dallas. These are considered two separate “jobs”. If the minimum requirement is 6 hours total, then the quote should have reflected that from the beginning.

I had booked a moving with this company, they make you give a $100 deposit. I paid it but ended up not moving. So, I cancelled their services. They told me I would get my refund in 3 to 5 business days. It’s been two weeks! Every time I have called, they keep me on the phone for 15 to 20mins saying “ I’m not in the system” they have switched to a “new one” Mind you, they end up finding me everytime.

I am really shocked by the positive reviews after using this company for a move on 6/5. They communicate ahead of time that if any non reusable packing material is needed, that will be charged to you. They do not communicate any prices. I was moving a 1 bed apartment, and everything was ready to go with the exception of taking apart one simple bed frame.
Stay away from this moving company! Used them before but something has changed as I’ve never had a worse moving experience than today. This company operates a bait and switch. They show up and insist on charging exorbitant amount of add-on fees, and even insist they can’t move big furniture until they have everything in their own boxes that they will need to charge you for. They charge you for two people but unless it’s furniture, there’s only one guy actually moving anything.

Hired this company to move us 5 miles. It was a 5 bedroom home that we packed 75% of it. We told them beds and some furniture would need to be taken apart. They started working at 10:00 am until 1:00 am, two days in a row. Worst move ever, we had a new fridge damaged. I was told they were licensed and bonded. I tried for weeks to get repaired. Never received a call or email back. Found another fridge’s valve for water line broke a few months later when we hooked it up.

Fernando and Fidel moved me, no matter how heavy the stuff was, they handled it together amazingly. No damage to any items. On time, great communication, polite, and went above and beyond genuinely. Thanks so much guys. The booking process was also great, Travis was so polite and prompt. Austin Moving Co got me in quick too, called one day & was moved few days later ! Let’s goooooo.

Andy and Mike were the Best!! So meticulous and efficient that our move felt like a breeze.
