I hired Available Movers & Storage for my move on 12/21/24. While the actual moving crew was efficient and hardworking, the poor management, hidden fees, and unresolved damage claim made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I gave them plenty of chances to resolve the issues, but at this point, I feel obligated to warn others. 1.
I had a very unfortunate and disappointing experience with this unprofessional and dishonest moving company. I scheduled my move and paid a deposit over the phone. At that time, I referenced a "small move promotion" advertised on the company website and I was assured that I would receive that promotional rate. Fast forward to the day before my move . . . I had not received any confirmation, so I called to make sure they were still coming.
They are incredibly dishonest. They liked about the cost of the move. Deliberately under estimate the cost. They then attempted to stop and return items unless I paid more. Billed for increased storage true beyond the contract price, then delivered broken furniture, furniture infected with mice waste, clothes destroyed by the mice and many items stolen. The crew chief even apologized for his boss. But it didn't change the fact you hire them u run risk you pay what they want or you will be cheated in the end.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Available Movers and strongly advise others to avoid using their services. We hired Available Movers to transport our household belongings to a storage facility.
I dealt with the most unprofessional and dishonest person in this company. Every time I talk to about my order with this guy claiming to be the owner would charge my credit card right away. I have asked him to send me the Invoice and no response I have asked him to refund me the difference and no response. I hired two trucks (one of them worked for 2.5 hours hours and he charged me for 4 hours) from 09:00 to 11:30 AM is 2.5 hours not 4 hours. The other tuck worked for 3.8 hours and he charged me for 4 hours.
BEWARE!!! Available movers are a group of con artists. They over charged us by almost 500$ and when I contacted them, Zain, the manager or whatever he is promised me my refund was in the mail. The second time he apologized and said it was …

From the first contact call only two weeks prior to our move, right through to the end of the move, every thing went very smoothly. The staff was polite, on time and efficient. The care they took to ensure all of our belongings were packed and reset properly on the delivery side was amazing. They ended the day doing a book shelf build with an electric fire place. A big task that was very much appreciated. If you need an excellent moving company I can definitely recommend AVAILABLE MOVERS.
