In their own words
Had a wonderful experience using Axle Moving this week to load up my 2 bedroom basement apartment into a Uhaul trailer. They were very responsive, even on the most busy moving day of the month, and moved their schedules around twice to accommodate us at the last minute. They were very pleasant to deal with over the phone and scheduling was easy. Our 2-person team consisted of Garrett and Z.
We're thrilled to hear about your wonderful experience with Axle Moving! Thank you for appreciating our responsiveness and flexibility in accommodating your last-minute needs. Garrett and Z are valued members of our team, and we're glad they provided personable, professional, and respectful service…
WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!!! We recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Axle Movers for our move and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. They were prompt in their responses, listened attentively to our requirements, and ensured that every aspect of the move was meticulously planned. What truly sets Axle Movers apart is their unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations.
WHAT AN AMAZING REVIEW!! 😂🙏 Really though, we're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with us. We strive to provide exceptional service and it’s so rewarding to know we exceeded your expectations.
Garrett, Brenden and B were incredible! I scheduled with Axle movers the day before my move when a different company fell through and these guys stepped up immediately. The office communicated with me as soon as I sent the inquiry and were not daunted by my 3rd floor move. Day of-the team packed a very tight u-haul quite precisely and then managed to fit everything into an even smaller storage unit.
Thank you for your wonderful review and the great photo! We're so glad Garrett, Brenden, and B could step in and help make your move a success. It’s fantastic to hear that our team made you feel like you had friends helping you. We're happy we could get you on the road for your new job smoothly.
Short story long: We're renters who suddenly had to move fast because property owner wanted to sell fast, property manager cut a deal to move us into another property within a couple days and we were stuck with a window of opportunity that only included the 4th of July. I set it up thru UHaul, got a call that they didn't realize they were posted as providing service on the holiday and asked me if it was possible we reschedule for another day.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad our team could accommodate your needs on such short notice, especially on a holiday. It's great to hear that our movers delivered excellent service and met your expectations.
