The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I could not have been more pleased with B&N piano. They are the epitome of professionalism and customer service. I was beyond impressed with how they worked to accommodate my schedule and how nice and helpful each person there was. Someone picked up the phone immediately when I called, and each person treated me as if I was the only customer they had, despite knowing that they have many. The delivery was flawless.
Thanks Janice. For taking the time to write a great review.
We hired B&N to move our grand piano for a recital. At the last minute, we had to change locations & they were so flexible and helpful. Their guys were prompt and and fast and patient when I wanted the piano set just right. Their tuner, Bob, is now our favorite! He was so knowledgeable and experienced, answered a million questions, spent a ton of time on our piano for a reasonable price, was so responsive and fantastic to work with. I would hire B&N again!
Thanks Kari for writing a nice review.
The move team at B&N Piano is very professional, very experienced and very strong! Amin, Andre, and Sean were swift and efficient while moving my upright piano and also very conscientious of keeping my house and the piano safe. Amin lead the team with calm instructions and they worked as one to maneuver the heavy and bulky piano. They called me when they were 30 minutes out and everything ran smoothly from there. There is no reason to call anyone else to move your piano. B&N Piano Movers are fantastic!
Thank you Karen!!
This company was a pleasure to work with. My daughter brought a grand piano up from Atlanta that has to go into storage for a few months. B&N met us at the storage unit at 6:30 a.m. - and were early to arrive - and had the piano smoothly off the truck and into the unit in about 20 minutes. I knew I was in good hands from the first phone call! The two men who did the moving were friendly and efficient and obviously knew what they were doing.
