Most unprofessional crew I have ever dealt with. They damaged my house and demanded more money than was originally agreed to.

I am extremely disappointed with B&T Moving. My experience was nothing like the reviews I saw, which were the reason I picked this company. My movers had no sense of urgency, walking extremely slowly, chatting, and even showing each other pictures of unrelated topics on their phones in front of us. They were not skilled and did not seem to know how to do anything efficiently. Ultimately my move costed much more than the quote due to this, despite having everything already packed and ready when they arrived.
The 2 men moved a dining room set with 6 chairs, 1 table, and a China cabinet from 2nd-floor condo w/elevator in St Petersburg, FL to the first floor of a detached single-family home in S. Tampa, FL PROS: -promptly answered phone calls and text messages -prompt arrival/delivery -able to schedule an actual arrival & delivery time (didn’t just give me a window of time like many delivery companies do) -matched a competitors rate; they REALLY want your business!

Initially we were extremely satisfied with the move,they arrived on time properly equipped, it appeared our furniture was professionally wrapped and arranged safely on the truck and the loading and unloading was conducted in a timely manner. We were quite happy with the performance and tipped accordingly. Shortly after the crew left my wife noticed scratches in the wood floor.

Never used them and never will! If you ask for a quote, this company will call you relentlessly every two hours, for weeks on end. Even after the moving date! It's borderline harassment. Their number shows up as spam risk, obviously because a lot of people have blocked their number, but they keep on signing up for new ones.
They drive so carelessly . I would hope they r more carful with the items being moved by them but I doubt it . They probably r just as careless with your items being moved.

Allen, Vinnie, and Daniel from B&T moving completed our residential move yesterday. This was by the the best moving experience my husband and I have had. They were extremely prompt and efficient. These three guys communicated well and were very courteous. There was no damage to any of our personal items and I was amazed at how quick they worked. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I would HIGHLY recommend B&T Movers to anyone! I was VERY pleased with their service. I needed an out-of-state move and I needed it quickly - I called other big national companies, but they wanted to do everything over the phone. Sergei came to my house the day after I called so he could see exactly what needed to be moved and could charge me a fair price.

We recently sold our house and had to move into a rental while waiting for our new home to be ready. Initially, we thought we could handle the move ourselves, but it turned out to be quite a task, leaving us sore for days. Lesson learned! When it came time to move into our new home, I reached out to B&T Moving Company. I explained that we not only needed to move out of the rental but also had a POD to unload. They assured me that it wouldn't be a problem.
