In their own words
Charged my bank account more than they said. Pick up the unit before it was ready, and the driver broke a lot of my belongings in the process of picking it up and dropping back up in which they charged us pick up and delivery fees each time. Brian the owner failed to acknowledge the fact my things were broken or compensate in anyway. Front desk clerk Krystal was very nice and helpful. They do deliver quickly.
The trailer had a leak and fried my Nordic Track i-Fitness treadmill. They claimed they inspect the trailer 3 times. I never saw the man that dropped it off do a post trip inspection of the inside. I have worked in commercial transportation for many years, and know what im looking at.They basically blamed me. I have them on security footage replacing a faulty patch to cover it up, before the contractor that hired them arrived. The contractor even stated he told them not to touch it till he arrived to see it.

Thank you so much for the kind review and pictures! We greatly appreciate your business.
Go Mini's had an easy way to view their offerings and promotions and to book online. Their reviews online were great and their price was one of the best. They sent email and text confirmations and updates. They texted me even when the driver was on his way to deliver the storage unit. The driver was very respectful and discussed where and how he would place the unit. He did so quickly and carefully. I would definitely book with Go Mini's again.
Thank you so much Deanna!
I loved my Go Mini experience. I had my 20’ Go Mini for 45 months at a very reasonable price! It was so clean and spacious my temporary plan went long term to get my home in order at my pace. It sure beat hauling stuff back and forth to a storage facility. It was well made and survived every hurricane without a scratch! The drivers and the office gal were very kind and professional. I definitely recommend Go Mini to anyone seeking temporary storage!
Thank you for such a GREAT review! And, so glad we could help during that stressful time.
Here's my experience, I needed a place to store my lifetime belongings for what I thought would be 2 months, it ended up 1 full year. Never once was I hassled or price changed. I was told when your ready to move your belongings from the MINI GO POD, we can lift it and take it to your new location for easy unloading. Just give us a call when your done.
Thank you so much! We appreciate your business & your kind review! 🥰 …
