We scheduled a move for Sat 2/28/26, but Mitch asked if we could switch to Sun 3/1/26 because Saturdays were very busy. We agreed to accommodate the company and requested the earliest possible pickup since we needed to return to the old house later that day to clean. After several calls confirming details (including correcting a small contract digit error), we were told the pickup window would be 7–10am Sunday.

Absolutely shocking experience with this moving company. We had a scheduled move where timing was critical and this was fully explained at time of booking about 6 weeks before the moving date. We were assured they had everything under control and then they simply did not show up on the morning of the move. No reliable communication, no reasonable solution and we were left scrambling at the worst possible time.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this moving company was disappointing enough that I feel others should know before booking. At the time of booking, I was told three movers would be assigned to my move. On moving day, only two arrived, and one was visibly impaired and unsteady on his feet. The second mover did his best to compensate, but the move took significantly longer than quoted and the service did not reflect what was sold to me.

I have to go with 1 star with these guys. It all went south as soon as the 3 guys showed up. None of the guys spoke English. The leader was messing around under the hood of the truck for a long while. While the other 2 guys were just taking their time to just move at a slow rate. I walked through and labeled all items to load 1st since we had 2 stops to make. Repeated the fact that these items are 1st to load multiple times. Guess what the guys did.

The worst experience of my life over charging unprofessional they tell you something and then they go the other way.. I used them for moving house to onther one 10 minutes driving..they said 5 hours with 2 truck 6 people should be done.. my bad after I sign with them it becomes 12 hours un real ..12 hours taking the freaking time in the world way way overcharged.. don't use them even for free.. and don't sign any thing with them befor you go back to a lawyer because they will steal your money in leagil way..

Important Update Regarding Good Greek Moving Services I wanted to provide an update regarding my experience with Good Greek. It has now been approximately two months since I was quoted and ultimately faced an alleged charge of $4,436 for approximately three hours of moving services for a two-bedroom condo. Absolute Disregard for Personal Belongings I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this moving company. What should have been a easy move for my mother-in-law (Peggy Kouf) on February 23rd, 2026 turned into a nightmare by a crew that clearly did not care about their jobs or her belongings. Upon finally moving into her residence, it was discovered that several pieces of her furniture was stored having noticeable scratches, dents, and gouges.

This company said they could pack a 3 bedroom home in 1 day, it's 12:45am and they got half done. They started at 10am! Also when the movers got here they took out the power line to my house and caused damage to the weather head on my roof by snapping the power line. The police, fire truck, and electrical company came out because the Good Greek truck had a live wire laying on the roof of their truck. I close on my house tomorrow at the title company and now have damage to a house I am trying to give to a buyer.

My moving experience with Good Greek Moving was incredible. Lex, Alex, Jaylyn were my moving team, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better service. They were polite, careful, fast, and treated all my things like they were their own. Zero issues and zero damages. Moving is so stressful and these guys made it literally so easy. We has another outstanding experience with Good Greek!! A huge thank you to Jay, Yosvani and Gasmy for doing such a fantastic job unloading our POD. This is actually the second time we've used this specific team, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. The A-TEAM showed up on a Tuesday after Memorial Day, ready to attack the mission. It was a vital mission to move us from and apartment to a new renovated home. I was not able to move such large obstacles, but this team from Tampa; Dimancois, Tito, and Alberto was not afraid to tackle this assignment. I watched with amazement how they took our furniture, wrapped it with padding then wrapped it a second time with plastic wrap, are you kidding me!
