Update to their response: "Shocked and amazed" lol NOT. They responded exactly how I knew they would. Good luck to you if you decide to use them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS. My friends hired this moving company with a clear quote: $300 plus $150 for additional hours. Sounds straightforward, right? Wrong. They showed up late, but that was just the beginning.
First off making a review on service that you did not receive is unethical. Secondly our reviews speak for themselves. Third if you work with movers why would you give my company to your “friend” instead of a company you have used before as I told your friend you have the wrong company we are…
The movers, 2 of them showed up and promptly got stuck in their van. I had to pull them with my 4 wheel drive. Then they had no tie downs. So I loaned them a good rope which at that point asked to borrow a knife. They then cut my rope to the various lengths they needed but the one guy stuck the knife into my vinyl railing causing damage which I will have to repair. The same guy slid my freezer across my laminate floor causing large scars on the laminate which will need repair now.
They quoted me one price and day of move increased it 100 dollars because of a coffee table. I tried texting and calling to discuss no answer. I would not recommend them they are not honest in my opinion.
Sir, let’s be completely honest. You didn’t add a coffee table. You added a bunch of items so naturally, the price would be changed. Please be honest my reviews speak for themselves.
We have multiple pieces of broken furniture. There are boxes that were dropped and some that were crushed because they stacked heavy ones on top of light ones. They dropped one of our dressers and were laughing about it. They turned another dresser upside down entirely. They dragged our mattress across a parking lot. They left our 3 large TVs sitting in the parking lot for about an hour. We had to rent a cargo van the next day to get all that was left behind.

Ill share my experience and you can decide for yourself. When I originally called them, they quoted me a minimum of $300, but charge $100/hr. They estimated that based on the size of my home that it would be in the vicinity of $750 for my move with a distance of 6 miles. They set an appointment up for 9am the next morning to get a more accurate quote. Reliable? Well, 9am came and went the next morning. Finally, I received a call at 11:05 saying they are running late and needed to reschedule to 1pm.
Hello Paul. When we spoke on the phone you were told that we would call you after 10am to set and appointment. We agreed for 1pm but do to other quotes that day we had to reschedule with you for 2pm.
If I could give zero stars, I would. After booking and giving my location and setting a time and confirming all details, about an hour before they arrived they told me that I was going to have to pay an additional charge because they were unaware of my location. Even though I gave them all that info already when I booked them and was given a price. Knowing I needed them to come since I was moving, I had to pay the additional 30 dollars. They arrived 45 minutes late.

I had this services schedule for 4 hours between 4 and 5 pm on the 28th. My time slot came and no one showed up. I text and I call hours before my slot and during my slot. No answer. So Im loading my cars up and moving stuff by car. It wasnt until later in the evening, 6:23, I finally got a text from Efrain and It said "We had you for today?" I responded yes today. The movers got there and to help them we were pulling boxws out of the apartment and at the top of the stairs so they could load the truck.
Terribly UNRELIABLE! Guys showed up an hour late. No apology. Brought too small of a truck, had to make multiple trips making it super late finishing up. They forgot 5 boxes upstairs that we had to go back at 3am to move out of the house ourselves. The 2 guys that showed up were polite and respectful. But the owner is terrible! They agreed to taking our couch to the dump and didn’t … left it on the side of the road. They did not offer to move boxes in rooms.
Ma’am with all due respect this review is very untrue. I really wish I could post screenshots. You asked us to book for 2 o’clock we got there at 1:40 you hired us to move you and later your husband asked us to take the sofa to the dump that was in another city we weren’t hired for junk removal.

I had the most pleasant experience with Reliable Movers. It was my first titsame using their service,and I am glad I did! Reliable Movers was very responsive in communicating date and time of move. The movers arrived on time,and was very professional.They were very They were very careful with moving furniture and other fragile stuff.Frank, Devine and Dante were aweaome ! I had no idea an instate move with a moving company could be so seamless. The guys ensured that every item moved was placed in the correct room.

When it began to rain, I thought that surely this move would never occur. I sat there in my living room couch staring at the rain that destroyed my plans. But then, I received a phone call stating that the movers were on the way. My only responce was, a nonchalant yes. Then it started raining even harder.Nevertheless, they showed up and not only did the move in the rain, but in addition they inspired me to be kind to others. Their were professionals to the exact standard of its definition.

Jon is a one man hulk. He came early to my house and started moving the items from my garage to my shop in the back of my yard. Now this was not an easy walk because I have new thick grass an my lawn slopes on that side of the house. Yet that did not stop Jon from moving like a mad man. Now don't get me wrong when I say mad man that he was handling my things rough, just the opposite. He loaded them with care, transported them across the lawn with care and place then exactly where I said in my shop with care.
