Very disappointed, Kyle seemed like a good and reliable person. But when it came to the appointment date he blocked our numbers and just didn’t show up.would not answer any of our calls text messages or voicemails. If he couldn’t have made it he could have let me know instead of waisting our time. We could have looked elsewhere to get the work we needed done instead of waisting all this time.
Well, I see the company has 5 stars so is a little confusing to me. I made an appointment for pick up on Jan 13th for pick up on Jan 24th at 8:00am. I receive a call on Jan 23rd to confirm and change the pick up time to 11:00am as he had scheduled someone else first. At 12:06 the 24th, I reveive a text with ETA 12:45. Guess what, no one ever showed up. I texted and no one replied, called and it went stright to vm seems I was blocked. I have no idea why. To this day no one has contacted me.

I recently purchased a used 12x24 (large) shed from a seller 19 miles away. There were logistics concerns both with the shed's existing location, and my property. Cathy assured me that Dionis would be able to handle to transport to my satisfaction. He and his assistant, Eddie, worked carefully to avoid damage to the shed through tight gaps, and fitted it through my gate and placed it exactly where we wanted it. He also secured it with 8 augers.
Beyond phenomenal work from Kyle. I needed a 14x24 Smithbilt shed moved 12 miles across town. Price was fair and the work performed exceeded that. Zero issues with communication. I would highly recommend his services to anyone! Please remember when reading some negative reviews, some people will never be happy and have some kind of complaint.
First experience with this company and I was blown away with how great they are! Anna is the one I spoke to on the phone about getting an estimate on moving a shed. She was super kind extremely helpful and I had a price in less then 5 minutes. She set a time and day. Sent me confirmation immediately. Her customer service is unmatched! Then the day of the move came. The mover Freddy and his helper were outstanding! They did a PHENOMENAL job! They showed up 15 minutes early with the best attitudes.
