Broke 4 items. Showed up over 3 hours late. Lost 2 items. Charged my mother in law's credit card, then overcharged mine. Never again will we use them. Now they do not answer their phones.
Reposting my review as they asked me to remove it for claim resolution then ghosted me without resolution when I complied. My move in May consisted of several damaged items, movers throwing my items down stairs when they didn’t want to carry them and even taking double the amount of time quoted for my move. It took over four hours to empty a 900 square foot, one bedroom apartment.
I used B2B a few months ago when my family moved. I wasn't going to leave a review because I hate leaving unsatisfactory reviews and my furniture got from point A to point B so it was what it was. Unfortunately, today I opened up my christmas tree bag that they moved for me and my Christmas tree was bent at the base so badly that it could not be salvaged. I stored my tree in its own safe spot and when it was moved to our new house it was once again kept in a safe place.
We scheduled moving services for November 1, 2025 and were given the arrival window of 8:30-10am. I have multiple emails with this timeframe listed. On the day of our move, we had our 2 toddlers up and picked up before 8:30 in preparation for the arrival of our movers. At 10:19, our movers had not arrived and there had been no communication from anyone at the company. I called and left a voicemail asking for an update on when we should expect them to arrive.
If I could give a company zero stars I would. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau and the news. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Maybe their quote comes in a bit less than the other guys, use the other guys!! Our move was scheduled with a window between 8am and 10am on a Friday, the guys did not show until 12:20 and were in a 24 foot uhaul, as the truck pulled in we all thought to ourselves that’s not big enough.
Please read this before you book this company. We hired them for a full move from Ohio to Virginia (packing, storage, delivery. Unpacking few stuff). Nothing went as promised. Movers showed up unaware they were supposed to pack, had no boxes, ran out of tape, and packed items improperly. Despite warnings, they used a truck that was too small and left an entire U-Haul worth of our belongings behind. They charged $1,200 for unloading that never happened (our items sat in the truck for 3 days).
I have been using their storage services for a year and a half. On 12/9 I received an email with no information saying I needed to move my storage items out ASAP. After multiple attempts at phone calls, I finally spoke to someone who then told me the best way to communicate was via email to set up collection of my storage items. After over a week of multiple emails I still have not heard from anyone. I sure hope our storage items are there and in good shape to pick up today.
We used them this fall and the time it took was more than double the estimated time. We listed everything we were moving during the estimate, and they were so off! One worker didn’t do anything, it was his first day. It was also the first day for the “lead”. He kept apologizing for taking so long but we still had to pay the full amount even though they could’ve done it much quicker with effective workers! After 13 hours(we were quoted 6) we told them to leave and we would finish the next day.

The team assigned to my move - Marquel, Josh, and Clayton - exemplified everything you'd want in professional movers. From the moment they arrived, I was impressed by their punctuality and preparedness. They showed up exactly when scheduled and came ready to work with all the necessary equipment and materials.
Great experience from the first call to Nelson to review our furniture and boxes and provide us an estimate. The veteran discount and other discounts are much appreciated. Rex and crew were amazingly thorough with protecting our furniture floors and walls and had a great attitude as they loaded a ton of stuff on one truck and finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Peyton, Rodney, Silas ! Absolutely amaaazing, these 3, I had an apt living situation that I HAD to leave fast. Stressed, sleepless, tears.... Miracle work, called on a Saturday in tears they booked me for nxt day Sun, cost more but so worth every penny. 4 hrs later, 3 guys, perfection. Packed, wraped all my furn, closets, loose stuff into boxes arranged carefully wrapped breakables. Communicating, writing out, checking w me thruought.

Jakob, Silas, and Brandon were phenomenal in making sure my furniture was protected for the hour-long move. They showed up on time, protected both my old home and new home while moving everything, and were extremely efficient. All three men were extremely professional and careful with my belongings.
