They were awful. Three hours late. Had u-haul truck. Movers almost lost my keys. Over charged did not return a refund. Credit card machine froze that morning so they needed cash. Convenient for no records of credit card so they will not report cash for taxes. One of the movers, Jose, said I would get receipt through e-mail. He should have been able to have paper receipt of payment. Should have only given half til I got the receipt, my mistake.
Please please you posted this review under the wrong moving company. You have the wrong moving company. We are GREAT AND MIGHTY MOVERS in houston Texas. We move customers in houston and neighboring suburbs only.
The movers were nice but they didn't wrap my glass coffee/end tables or my glass lamps or my mirrors. Left some of my items sitting in the parking lot or propped up against the wall in a hallway in the storage facility unattended. Used my bathroom without asking. Harrassed me about payment within 30 minutes of the job being completed. Never again will I use this moving company or refer any friends or coworkers.
Hello Eboni, hope all is well! We moved you from an apartment to storage, we wrapped items with shrink wrap and blankets but you were not interested in buying blankets from us for a small fee so your mirrors, coffee table and glass lamps were left wrapped in shrink wrap only and staged safely on…

Wow!! I can not say enough great things about my G.A.M. crew, Ivan, Alexander and Eli. They were prompted and on time. Ivan was the crew leader and he took the time to listen and understand things that were important to me. All three were very efficient and organized and planned every move with procension. Every one knew their jobs and it was a well greased wheel. They accommodated all my requests. They were all polite and always had a smile on their faces.
We used this company multiple times—first for my mom and brother’s move, and later for our own move. They were professional, hardworking, and communicated well throughout the process. During our move, it started raining when we reached our new house. They kept working and got everything moved efficiently. Unfortunately, one of our desks was damaged during the move. I contacted the owner, and he immediately took responsibility. He had the desk repaired and personally delivered it back to us within about a week.
