In their own words
Our employer contracted Bailey's to manage our move in another state. They contracted a sister company (under Allied). While Bailey's was quick to communicate and arrange things, after the move everything went sour. The movers did over $1,000 of damage to our items and stole a $300 air conditioning unit. I filed a claim with Bailey's and they tried to tell me that even though my employer had paid them to buy insurance, their sister company hadn't billed them for it, so they couldn't work retroactively.
So this company helped move my stuff across the country and the movers and packers were great however, they took just over two weeks to deliver my stuff. Then they had quoted me and both of the people that they had assigned me to contact stopped returning my calls or emails I get it things happen, but not communicating with your customer when they’re moving across the country and they don’t have anything is not cool, I can’t recommend these guys at all like I said the movers and packers are great but the company…
Worst move of my life (number 10). North American was by far better entering the state. Many things went wrong. But the worst, so far, was breaking our family dining table that is 60+ years old. No moving companies ever disassembled it until now. Then hiring 5/6 non-English speaking movers to unload!?!? Casting no aspersions, they not only put things in the wrong rooms as labeled on boxes, there was gross mishandling of items for example because “he was afraid of them.” Really?
I contracted Bailey’s Moving & Storage for a local move in Saratoga Springs (Dec 2025/Jan 2026). My move included a 77-inch LG OLED TV, which was specifically inspected by Lincoln Kelley during the consultation. To ensure total safety, I purchased Maximum Value Protection ($72,296.00 declared value) and paid a $533.18 premium specifically for this coverage. The TV was professionally "Carrier Packed" (CP) by Bailey’s team into a specialized TV carton.
Brock Jr, Brock Sr and Joe were very profesional, showed up on time, and worked hard to get everything loaded and moved! Definitely deserve mover of the month. EDITED: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They employ the traditional bait and switch tactics that you read about online, and do not take responsibility when things are not done properly. For example, the original binding estimate was off by ~ 1,700 pounds and the sales team tried to manipulate me into paying > $1000 more than expected.
I used Baileys Moving & Storage for my design business. As a designer I needed somewhere to ship large furniture items for my clients from certain vendors that wouldn't ship residential. Long story short they are terrible. They don't inspect anything they receive (This alone cost me over $2000 because I had to re order products that were damaged.) Their warehouse is about as unorganized as it could possibly be.
I would have given 0 star if I could for this review. My moving experience with Bailey's is the most horrible one I have ever had. Cindy, who is the associate at Bailey's, worked on my moving case and is rude, irresponsible and a liar. I moved from the west coast to Salt Lake City last summer. The initial promised time was two weeks. By the day my household should be delivered, I got a call from Cindy and was told that they never found a driver to leave the west coast.
This is my 15th move and has to be one of the worst ones yet. Let me just start off with Lincoln Kelly who came out and did our estimate for boxes and weight. He was WAY off, and we even had him come out twice to evaluate everything. After he miscalculated everything he asked if we could help cover the rest of the cost so he didn’t have to. Are you joking, do your job right the first time and that wouldn’t have happened.

In their own words
Sara, Hola and Marlene reached out and communicated well. They arrived on time. I had rented a partially furnished place and they paid attention to details and did not pack the home owners belongings- which we were concerned about. They worked quickly, wrapped things and packed with care. They Were positive, kind and competent. This is my second time working with Bailey’s Moving and I really appreciate their professionalism and assistance in making a stressful time less stressful. They truly lightened my load!
Everything with Bailey's was very smooth, from the in home estimate through pickup. Price was as quoted. Darren, and Carlos showed up on time, worked hard, and were very professional picking up my stuff. They took care to ensure all of my furniture was properly protected. I'm very happy with the work and value performed so far. Bailey's is an Allied franchise, but due to the length of the move, I'm confident it will be another Allied franchise dropping off my stuff.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the incredible job the packing team did for my recent move. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, professional, and clearly experienced. They handled everything with care—fragile items were meticulously wrapped, boxes were clearly labeled, and every room was packed efficiently without a single thing feeling rushed or overlooked. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork. They made what is usually a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable.
Kristine, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that our packing team made your move such a positive experience. It's fantastic to know that their punctuality, professionalism, and care for your belongings stood out to you.
In April I hired my first professional movers to move me from my townhome into a storage unit. It was a horrible experience. As I'm preparing to move across the country, I was absolutely terrified to hire movers again after my first experience. However, I met with Kasey, and he was amazing. He told me I'd be in good hands and it would be a better experience. Jump to today when Bailey's moving showed up with Oscar, Dallin and Michael. They were professional from the first hello to waving goodbye.
