I had never hired movers before, but decided I wouldn't bother my 70 year old parents to help move the large items from my home. I hired these guys to move a sectional, washer and dryer, TV stand and fridge. That was a mistake and im glad i didnt have them move the entire home. We were scheduled for the morning and were ready for them, but they called 2 times to delay. I had taken off work and needed to get back. Long story short, everything was damaged.
Seth, We are so sorry to hear about your experience with us. The day of your move, a couple employees had called in sick so we did have to rearrange our schedule so we could accommodate all the scheduled moves for that day. We so appreciate your flexibility with that.
Worst movers ever! They quoted me $3400 then they charged me over $12000. They said it’ll be 6 to 8 hours at the most, took two full days. They broke things, lost things, didn’t mark boxes, sat around, lost bolts and screws for tables. They are fraudsters! They were slow, lazy, and rude. Never use them!!!!

Insisted on sending 4 guys out to move a handful of items from a studio apartment. The 4 guys were "for safety", because there was a small standup piano present, even though only 2-3 guys ever handled it at a time... which ended up significantly increasing my cost for the move overall. You would think with 4 guys at least they would have gotten the rest done more efficiently--but no.

They made moving easy, I will admit. It wasnt until afterwards I noticed a box was missing. I only know it was in my storage unit prior to the move and it's not at my house. What happened to it, I don't know. I tried working with them to get a positive resolution, at first they were willing to but then decided not to work with me. It is my own personal opinion not to use these guys. Edit in response to the comments from owners: I said it was easy because I have a bad knee. It was anything but stress free.

I was disappointed with this move. I have moved many times and this was the most difficult. The workers were professional and polite but performance was poor. They were late both days 1030AM on day 1 and at 1025AM on day 2. On the first day they left at 330PM. With lunch and breaks they only worked about 4 hours. This caused major issues on the day 2. Prep took the entire next morning and could have been done the day before. Ended up working until after 10PM on day 2. Everyone was tired and mistakes were made.
A brother in law of mine who happens to be elderly and handicapped asked me to help him move from Lehi to Saint George. I set up miricle movers to come in and make the move for us. Worst mistake I ever made. Let me start by saying everything in this house was show room quality like Thomasville and eathon Allen. No kids and not a scratch or nick on anything. After the movers Unloaded at the new house. What a disaster. 16 pieces of furniture and art work was damaged. Some beyond repair.

Don’t ever use Miracle Movers! They handled a move out of my house on 5/6 & dented my fridge in multiple places, damaged my walls, & scratched my floor! The best part is their movers did not even mention any of the damage they caused! When they called to fix the walls I advised them I am getting my basement painted so they didnt need to worry about repairing it. They agreed to come look at my floor & I was assured by Landon my floor would be fixed & he would take care of me!

Beware, this company has great ratings because they offer you a discount in exchange for 5 star reviews (This is against Google policy and FTC law). For me, it was not a good move: - They charge $60 extra for a TV box (which is excessive). -They told me the movers "usually arrive between 8 and 10am" but couldn't be more precise than that. - One of the movers broke a leg on a bedside table (he disclosed it which was good). It happens... but the company policy is to reimburse you by weight (not value).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Miracle Movers during my recent move from Eagle Mountain to Hurricane, Utah. From the initial scheduling process to the final unload, the entire team was professional, courteous, and hardworking. Moving an entire household is stressful, but they arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and worked efficiently throughout a very long and demanding move day.

I cannot say enough good things about Miracle Movers & most especially about the crew that came to support me today. These guys were the best ever. Moving is stressful, and today was a huge day for our family. These three guys showed up ready to work and absolutely earned every dollar. They hustled all day in the July heat, stayed positive, treated our belongings with care, and never complained even when we had to make some tactical changes because not everything could fit in one trip.

This is an addition to my first review as a few years later we have used Miracle Movers again and they did not disappoint! We had Caleb and Brian as movers and they were incredibly professional, hard-working, and extremely respectful. These guys didn’t take a break, didn’t rest, and finished the move way under the estimated time. Miracle Movers does not drag the move process out. They treated our belongings with extreme care, and this was another wonderful experience with Miracle Movers.
