I confirmed a date with them more than two, weeks before the move date. Need additional info before the move and tried calling multiple times to contact anyone from the company with no answer. Move day came and they didn't show up.
Hi Steven, when you made the call for an estimate my grandfather was running the business himself whilst battling Crohn’s disease and leukemia. He was in/out of the hospital the last several months of his life. It was hard for him to run the business while dealing with his health issues.
They moved my whole house straight to storage I recently unpacked my stuff 1 month later to find out all my tvs are broken and various furniture are broken
We take all claims seriously and are committed to addressing concerns professionally. However, we would like to clarify that WE DID NOT HANDLE YOUR FINAL MOVE. This is a false review with malicious intent that we believe is incredibly libelous.
I had a terrible experience with them I called and called a ton of times nobody answered the phone when I someone finally answered they made a appointment to come to me and make me a estimate the guy never showed up When I asked why nobody answered the phone he said they have nobody to answer the phone that's a horrible way to run a business I wouldn't reccomend anyone to use them
I apologize for this experience! This occurred when my grandfather was ill and could not keep up with his health and run the business simultaneously. We are under new management now. Same family, same name!

Our experience with Bakin Moving was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Brett is very polite and gives a fair price after seeing what has to be moved. The men arrived on time both days and were careful with our furniture and everything else as well. Most importantly, they showed tremendous patience with us while we sometimes weren’t sure if we wanted to take certain items. Good humored, very careful unloading and bringing our possessions into our new home.

Had a great moving experience with Brett and the crew. Brett priced the job fair, came with his guys, a huge moving truck and a half truck uhaul. The crew were the most professional and easy going guys you would ever want to meet. Nothing was too difficult. They removed legs of desks, doors, fridge doors, whatever, to get the items out and put everything back together. They moved a spinet piano, hundreds of boxes, tens of garment holders, all with a smile and a joke and no complaints.

Can I give them ANOTHER 5 stars to make it 10?! While they did a move for me several months ago, I later realized where I could move furniture that wouldn't fit where initially intended. I reached out to Brett who was responsive as usual & he kept me in mind the next time his men were in my area. And sure enough, he called me yesterday & sent over 2 guys to move pieces up/down stairs for me. Aside from making sure his men were tipped, he otherwise didn't even charge me!
