In their own words
I called and paid deposit for 4 movers, we would provide truck. I checked day before move to make sure everything was still set up for the move the following morning. Was told by Derek that he would call after they were on way between 9-10 am. Saturday morning arrive and at 10am no phone call, I called and said driver didn’t show up and no one else had license to drive, would call me back and was trying to get someone in.
Amy, I am sorry to hear what happened to you. I am 100% sure your review went to the wrong business. please look carefully for the business you looking for and leave your feed back there, I have checked our records and you are not there.
It’s shocking how bad the service here was. I hired two movers, they were EXTREMELY lazy. They complained about how it was too much work. My daughter and I ended up having to move half of the items because one didn’t work at all. Instead of working the youngest one stood outside smoking cigarettes chatting with neighbors and trying to flirt with my under age daughter...his behavior was horrific.
Lorna, Can you please confirm your service provider?I never had any info with your name listed above, or if you can proof that we done your move via emails, phones or even charges were made by our business. Your review has nothing to do with our business or the movers I have.
Showed up 15 to 30 minutes late on both days planned. Didn’t take all the belongings. When I called to discuss what was left behind, I was argued with what I did wrong. The owner actually laughed at me over the phone while stating that I hadn’t done the right thing. Stay on top of them of prepare for their failure.

Save yourself the trouble and find another company. The moving crew was polite and tried to help with an issue that was caused by them. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for owner. Accountability is a skill that he clearly lacks.

Magic Movers is responsive, reliable, quick, and most importantly professional!! Wilson and David are the best and I mean the BEST movers I have ever had, and I have moved quite a few times, so I know 😁! They were very pleasant, and calming during my stressful move .. and to add onto the stress my car didn’t start .. just as we were about to head to go to my new destination.... they actually gave me a ride with my belongings to ensure we still stayed on schedule...
Magic Movers was AMAZING from start to finish, extremely professional. They responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and I DIDN’T feel hassled or taken advantage of as a solo female mover. The cost was affordable and I received all the information in one shot about the truck, who was coming and how they would care for my items. They even saved me money by offering me to use some gently used wardrobe boxes in stead of paying for them. 2 efficient young men moved me, they were on time & got to work immediately.
Magic Movers did a first class job on moving my possessions when I changed my living location. From the very beginning when I placed my order until the end when the Magic Mover crew had completed moving my possessions from their truck into my new place I experienced nothing but excellent customer-oriented service, and it was all provided at a very reasonable price.

We have moved many, many times and this was the most seamless experience we’ve had - enough for me to leave a review which I rarely do. We had a local move today and the Magic Movers team was awesome. I’m 8 months pregnant so I was especially hoping for an easy experience. 3 men met me at our storage unit that had stuff from our previous 3 br home. They were done loading in a little over an hour and then finished unloading in another 2.5.
