WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I recently got a job in Tennessee and needed movers. I found BBA Movers online, got a quote, and booked them. Everything seemed fine at first. A few weeks before the move, I checked their website to make sure there weren’t any extra fees or rules I missed. Their website stated there was a $100 fee for each floor above the first. I live on the 3rd floor, so I actually brought it to THEIR attention that my quote should increase by $200. He updated my invoice, bringing my total to $1,800.

The Best! I had a great experience this morning with two pros. They informed me when they were headed my way to move my bedroom furniture back in the room from the POD. I knew how much they would charge prior to coming. Their fee was very reasonable and not over the top. They were efficient. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and they had their tools to work with. They were polite and they listened to the customer. I will hire them again because it is difficult to find such great service.
